Hello, My name is Gabriel Pojar. I am the father of a beautiful young daughter, Natalie. She is loves to put on plays and sing. She is the most precious gift I received from God. I like to write poetry and read novels in my spare time (not much free time as a single father) I was born and raised in Romania. I came to the U.S. 20yrs ago and received my citizenship recently. I love this great country and the opportunity that it has given me. I've worked in construction for a long time and am very happy to work for Precision Door. There is a respect for employees that is really great. My daughter and I rent a small place in a rural town, but I'm saving up for a place of my own where my daughter and I can live. I'm a sports fan, soccer being the first. I like to watch hockey and football too. I've lived in PA so long that I've become an Eagles fan.

My garage door came off the track and was stuck in the open position. With the cold weather and possible snow in the future forecast, I needed assistance right away. Called 2 other companies and they couldn’t send a tech out. I then called Precision Door and a service tech, Gabe, arrived a couple hours later. He was very personable and took the time to answer any and all questions. I’m sure I will be extremely satisfied when I get my new garage doors installed. Great job. Original request was to replace gasket at the bottom of my garage doors. Came equipped with 3 types for me to select. In the process also discussed some opener problems which led to my purchase of 2 new openers. No sales pressure just facts. Install gave some problems which required a second day but this was not an inconvenience for me. Even helped with Homelink connection. Professional, courteous and informative.

I called one day prior and had a delightful conversation with receptionist who assured me there would take care of us immediately. Wow!! Gabriel was at my home within stated time calling beforehand which was exceptional. He came and assessed my problem within seconds and replaced a spring with new. Took no time at all and now garage is like new again. Did I tell you my wife and I are leaving for Florida within the next two days leaving my daughter, who is a professional nurse using garage with snowblower inside ready for a storm. What a relief! We can leave with the comfort garage will go up and down. Thank you Thank you!! Will call you in spring for more replacements.

Precision door sent name & photo of technician through e-mail who was to preform estimate & repair door. Mr. Gabrial called before arriving, and was actually a little earlier than scheduled. he was very polite & professional. estimate was reasonable & had him do repair. Also needed new door witch will be installed at a later date, do to covid related delivery problems. but very satisfied with Precision door response time, and work performed by Gabrial.

Called Precision for a repair. Receptionist was very professional and helpful in scheduling an appointment for the next day. Gabriel was our service tech. Excellent service, Gabe was a master of his craft. He explained everything at the start and reviewed his work at the end. My only surprise was the high cost of the springs vs online pricing. After 30 yrs. of the old ones, I didn't care as I won't be replacing these again.
