Very well pleased from the moment I spoke with Beth in the office to the repairs were done by Dylan M. Our garage door would only go up about 2 inches then go right back down. I spoke with Beth and she was very nice and helpful in getting someone here to fix our door. Dylan came the next afternoon and was extremely nice, courteous, and knew what he was doing. Upon entering the garage he was able to tell us the springs were broken. He put new springs. And bearings and check everything and we are now able to open our door. Door works wonderful. Thanks to Dylan M and Beth for being so helpful.

I called Precision Garage Door shortly before 5:00 and I was greeted with a friendly and professional staff person. I told her what my problem was and she was able to schedule a convenient time the very next day. She also informed me who the tech would be who would make my repair. She further gave me a breakdown of charges and told me the tech would call me when he was enroute to my location. The next day, everything was as described. My tech, Victor, contacted me when he was about 20 minutes out. When he arrived, I knew Victor was my tech because he was in Precision Garage Door uniform and I had been texted a picture of Victor. I showed him what was wrong with the door. He had to replace both cables since one was broken and had to raise the over head door. He told me what he had to do to fix it, about how long it would take, and gave me a price for the repair. I agreed to the price and he immediately began work. He replaced both cables and had them done in about an hour. I am very satisfied with the way I was treated, the professionalism of the office staff, the professionalism and knowledge of my tech, and the price. There is no doubt that if I need another repair, Precision Garage Door will be the company I call and will gladly recommend Precision to my friends. I rate Precision 5 stars without hesitation.

Service very timely. Technician polite and professional. Went through options for door repair or replacement. Went for repair option due to price (50% of new) and waiting time for new door. Only issue I have would be with price, but you get what you pay for.

service was prompt but price was excessive for what was done. 2 cables and 2 springs and 2 pulleys and a $ 400 plus dollar bill after radio and senior citizen discounts. Heard ad on radio though I d give you a try, but never again.
