Hello, My name is Gabriel Pojar. I am the father of a beautiful young daughter, Natalie. She is loves to put on plays and sing. She is the most precious gift I received from God. I like to write poetry and read novels in my spare time (not much free time as a single father) I was born and raised in Romania. I came to the U.S. 20yrs ago and received my citizenship recently. I love this great country and the opportunity that it has given me. I've worked in construction for a long time and am very happy to work for Precision Door. There is a respect for employees that is really great. My daughter and I rent a small place in a rural town, but I'm saving up for a place of my own where my daughter and I can live. I'm a sports fan, soccer being the first. I like to watch hockey and football too. I've lived in PA so long that I've become an Eagles fan.

Our garage door spring broke sometime in the evening or early morning. I called Precision the next day and they had a technician come and fix it the same day. Gabe Pojar had me fixed up in no time. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for repairs.

The tech Gabriel was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the garage door issues. He did a total rebuild of my door. Springs,rollers,cables,etc. It was more than I thought I would spend but all the parts were quality parts and much better than the original parts. I am very pleased, my door doesn't do the shimmy anymore and is very quiet.

The service tech called to note he was on this way and arrived at the scheduled time. He introduced him self and did an evaluation of the problem. I was offered 3 types of solutions to the issue and each was a good value for the money. After my selection I signed my approval and the service tech got right to work. He explained what he was doing and why as he proceeded with the work. He was friendly and professional. The work was done neatly and correctly. He reviewed what he did and noted some routine maintenance things I could do over the coming years. In fact the whole experience from the on line sign up for the service call to the end of the job was positive in every way. I used this company years ago and the same level of great service still exists. I would highly recommend this company and their service techs to any one needing these services.

Gabriel did an excellent job repairing the garage door. I would recommend the company because they were prompt and reasonably priced. The garage repair has a 10 years parts and labor warranty. The door opens and closes quietly compared to the old torsion system. Thank you for your service while we are quarantined due to COV-19.

Thank you Precision Garage Door of Lehigh Valley! I called and was able to schedule an appointment for a garage door opener installation for the next day, which was fantastic! The service technician, Gabe, was on time, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I purchased the Precision Pro 900 garage door opener, and after installation, this is the QUIETEST that my garage has ever opened and closed! At the end of the installation the service technicial walked me through the work that he performed, explained the warranty, benefits, and answered any product related question that I had. I am very pleased with my garage door opener purchase and installation and would reccomend anyone that is interested in the same or maybe looking for other products and services to give Precision Garage Door of Lehigh Valley a call!

service was prompt but price was excessive for what was done. 2 cables and 2 springs and 2 pulleys and a $ 400 plus dollar bill after radio and senior citizen discounts. Heard ad on radio though I d give you a try, but never again.

I choose Precision because they had professionally trained technicians and they were insured. We are very pleased with the entire experience. All aspects of the service was thoroughly explained. Everything happened as described. The new doors are exactly what I had hoped for. We were given several options to either repair or replace and we choose replace. I also liked the quick responses for when we scheduled the installation. The whole process was an example of great customer service!

Everything about the service was excellent. I appreciated the offer of an emergency call out that i canceled after I figure out a way to close my stuck open door. I appreciated that you had the brand x part that had broken that I couldn't find on the internet. Your tech didn't just replace a part which is something I could do if I had it. He made sure it operated smoothly via some adjustments I wouldn't know how to do. Now it goes up and down better than the day it was installed by one of your competitors about 12 years ago. He also fixed the broken electric eye and got us a new opener and explained what to do if we had a problem with it in the future. Altogether from start to finish it was timely excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service.
