My garage door stopped working on Saturday, April 20th. I called and was told someone would be out on Monday morning. The technician, Victor, called me when he was on his way. He was courteous and explained what needed to be done. He was done in no time and even helped me program my new car's garage door opener! From the phone call Saturday, assuring me that someone would be out ASAP to the actual installation, it was a very positive customer service experience. Thank you!

Had a broken spring that needed to be repaired so I had both replaced. Also had the Genie 2128 installed. The technician was pleasant and provided a quote before I agreed to the work. The work was done well, but from a pricing perspective I feel like it is way over-priced. Generous pricing for the parts would be $500 if purchased retail. The bill was $1300 for a job that was completed in 2.5 hours, putting the labor rate over $300/hour.

Gabe was phenomenal. He arrived at the scheduled time assessed the issue of the garage door and gave me a couple options. Once I decided which one I would like him to do he said it would take approximately an hour and a half. Gabe was done in just a little over an hour and everything is working perfectly. He was super nice and explained everything that he did to solve the problem.

Victor came and inspected the door and explained the various options to upgrade the door's motor. He was very professional. He showed me how to operate the cord and to insure the clip is positioned at the right angle to operate the opening and closing correctly. No parts were needed.

From my original phone call to Precision I had a good feeling. The rep on the phone was friendly and courteous and had a good phone manner. We were extremely pleased with Precision's work on our garage doors. Tom Schray was knowledgeable and thoughtful in diagnosing our problems, and prompt and efficient in performing the work without exceeding the original estimate. We replaced two garage door openers and the pulleys, springs and chains on one of the garage doors. The doors now open and close much more smoothly and quietly. It was a pleasure to work with Tom.
