Precision Doors has always been synonymous with quality service, so when we were having difficulty with our garage doors being noisy and somewhat off balance, we went to their website and made an appointment. The scheduling process was simple and their site very user friendly. As the time got closer to the appointment, I started to receive reminders about the scheduled time. The actual day of service I received a text message from Chris giving me a smaller arrival window than the original 4 hour one. Even though the time was later in that window, I appreciated knowing that my morning was free. Chris said he would give me a call when the technician was on his way. As expected, Chris called me later to let me know that the technician got tied up and apologized for the delay, but that Matt was "on his way" and gave me an ETA. Matt was the next one to reach out and let me know he was coming. He arrived pretty close to what was communicated. He introduced himself and asked what the problem was and were there any other things about the doors that concerned us or that we had questions about. After a short conversation Matt immediately got to work. When he was finished, he carefully went over his findings and talked to us about ongoing maintenance. Matt was polite, friendly and very informative. We were impressed with the entire process from beginning to end. Communication was outstanding at every level, and we feel that all of our issues and concerns have been addressed. Chris and Matt are true Customer Service advocates and excellent representatives of Precision Doors.

I called Precision Garage Door Service and they scheduled me for the following week. They made sure they texted and emailed me the appointment time, reminded me of my appointment, sent a picture of the technician who would be coming to service our garage door, and the day of service the technician called and said he was on his way. Dillion was so professional and explained everything to us and then serviced our garage door. He was friendly and it was just so nice to not be taken over the coals and we will surely call this company when we need more service on our garage door. Very well pleased from the moment I spoke with Beth in the office to the repairs were done by Dylan M. Our garage door would only go up about 2 inches then go right back down. I spoke with Beth and she was very nice and helpful in getting someone here to fix our door. Dylan came the next afternoon and was extremely nice, courteous, and knew what he was doing. Upon entering the garage he was able to tell us the springs were broken. He put new springs. And bearings and check everything and we are now able to open our door. Door works wonderful. I called Precision Door five years ago when I bought a house and to install new garage door openers. The recommendations by Precision Door have stood the test of time and provided five years of trouble-free service. When a workman on an unrelated project caused one of the garage doors to malfunction, Precision Door scheduled an on-site visit. Firstly, there were multiple texts and emails confirming the appointment. Today, when the appointment was scheduled, I received an addtional text and email from Precision Door and a phone call from Matthew Murphy, the actual technician, confirming he was on his way and that he would arrive at 9AM, which he did. Matthew was outstanding in every way. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He then did a maintenance inspection (a good idea after five years) and patiently explained to me the issues he had identified, and suggested ways to prolong the trouble-free life of the garage doors (most importantly by applying white lithium lubricant every month). In every way Matthew was exceptionally professional, capable and personable. I now have smoothly operating garage doors again, have learned important new information about the garage doors and how they operate, and felt I received excellent value from Precision Doors. The company is clearly very well managed and staffed.
