Started day off with a broken torsion spring. Garage door closed, 2 cars stuck inside. Called Precision at 10am, spring/bearings replaced by 12:30pm!
Service provided by Victor, from him contacting me to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive, to him checking out the problem and discussing the estimate, to him replacing the spring/bearings and then discussing maintenance (spray lubing the spring). Very professional all around.

We chose Precision Garge Door when our main spring broke because of their reviews. We called on a Saturday and our aapointment was scheduled for Monday morning. Victor was the associate who replaced the springs and he was very courteous and helpful! Also, we appreciated the text message with a picture and name of the person who was coming. On Sunday I called for emergency service. A spring broke on our garage door, and obviously it could not be opened. Both our cars were in the garage, so we were stuck. I spoke with Kate, and she was very polite, professional, and arranged for a technician for emergency service.
Chris was an excellent technician and did a very good job checking out the door and replacing the springs. I am a chemical engineer and handy with work around the house. I know good work when I see it. The charge was very reasonable and competitive. I would highly recommend Precision Door.
