Overall we were very satisfied with our service. Our door was not closing normally even though the sensor lights were correct, and the door was noisy when it was in motion. Frank provided several service options without any pressure. He completed the job and the door works well and quietly. Everyone involved kept us informed about the timing of the appointment. Our only complaint was some grease marks on the garage floor.

From beginning to end, I received excellent service. I was able to schedule online and received a confirmation of the appointment and kept informed at all times. I recently had a great experience with one of your technicians, Frank Cochrane. Honestly, he was an absolute star! My garage door decided to have a bit of a moment, and Frank came by to check it out. From the get-go, he was incredibly friendly and professional. It was amazing how he took one look and instantly knew exactly what the problem was.  What really stood out was how well he communicated. He didn't just tell me what was wrong; he patiently explained everything in a way that made perfect sense. Then, he walked me through a couple of options, making sure I understood the pros and cons of each, which I really appreciated. It made making a decision so much easier. Once we decided on the best course of action, he got straight to work. When he finished up the repair, he went above and beyond. He not only got our keypad box reprogrammed perfectly but also made sure all our vehicles were smoothly synced back up with the system.
