Our garage door decided not to open on a Saturday afternoon. I called Precision and they offered to come out the following day or Tuesday afternoon. It wasn't an emergency so I opted for Tuesday. Chris was our technician who was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and was great with explaining exactly what our problem was and was able to give us a quick fix to get it to work for us. We ended up ordering a new garage door along w/ other parts that wouldn't last much longer, but we probably wouldn't have done that without Chris' assistance & guidance. Hopefully he comes out to replace it in a few weeks. Thank you for being amazing!!

Called and Chris was here in 2 hours. He found that new parts were needed.and phoned his office. The parts were delivered in an hour, by Tom (the manager). Prompt service and professional attitudes. Nice to do business with them!

When, I called to replace the garage door opener, I got next day service. All your employees were nice and professional, they explained things thoroughly. The price was good. I chose Precision from the webpage because they offered same day service. I called Sunday evening and to my surprise, the phone was answered. I did not require emergency service, so an appointment for Monday was made.

Made the initial call to Precision Door on a Sunday (!) morning about 7:30; by 12:30p my garage door was up and running smoothly. This after the door was jammed (10p/Sat) and stuck in the halfway position. Damage was such that door could not be secured manually and temps were below zero. Tech Chris arrived and installed Hi cycle end bearing plates. The house was empty but he kept me posted (by phone) of progress. Tom was also most helpful. A very stress free experience. Admire their professionalism. One positive take away: speaking to a real person when the first call was made. I recommend Precision Door for all your garage door needs.
