Precision came out to look at my garage door because I couldn’t figure out what I did wrong when I installed it. He fixed it on the spot in 2 hrs! We were so grateful he was very professional and did a great job! We would definitely recommend them to our friends!

Precision Garage Service is available 24/7 365 days a year. And when I called (at 7:30 in the evening) a human answered ! How nice is that ??!! They were available to effect my repair immediately. The technician (Andre) arrived on time. He was professional, knowledgable, and took the time and effort to thoroughly assess the condition of not only my opener motor but the entire door system. I am completely satisfied with Precision's level of service and personnel... from time of first contact to completion of my repair.

I used them for replacing old defective Craftsman door opener in my garage with new Genie 2128 door opener with 7’ belt drive and 2 remotes. Their response was fast, they came within a day, did neat work, friendly, and installed and demonstrated operations within 1 1/2 hours working. But total price was exorbitant. Above described Genie set is shown in eBay for $290.25, whereas they charged total $995.00! Which means, for 1 1/2 hours of work, their installation charges were about $700.00!

So glad we could get your openers working like new. We'll never be the cheapest. but keep in mind, skilled tecnicians don't grow on trees. They work for companies that train them properly and reward them for good work. That in turn means a higher cost than what you'll find online or at Home Depot. Lastly, and most importantly, is the Warranty. We 100% warranty all of our work. If you have any trouble with it, you'll reap the benefits. We'll be there in a flash and get it taken care of for you.

I also just cancelled America Home Shield. The best they could do was Wednesday next week. It would have only cost me a $100 vs $1,000 but could not wait for that kind of service response.

We had the garage doors done last year. We get so many complements on them! We needed small cosmetic repair and we got it done next day after we called! Really nice people and professionals.
