Overall we were very satisfied with our service. Our door was not closing normally even though the sensor lights were correct, and the door was noisy when it was in motion. Frank provided several service options without any pressure. He completed the job and the door works well and quietly. Everyone involved kept us informed about the timing of the appointment. Our only complaint was some grease marks on the garage floor.

Garage Doors were making quite a noise while operated. We have had these doors for over 35 years. Chris Shray, the technician came and repaired and did an overhaul of our garage doors and they are in very good operating condition again. Chris Shray was very proffessional and courteous. Did a search on line. Precision Garage Door Service web site was well done and it was backed-up by being able to communicate with a person.

We chose Precision Garge Door when our main spring broke because of their reviews. We called on a Saturday and our aapointment was scheduled for Monday morning. Garage door spring broke on a Friday night. Called Precision because they were the only place around that took calls on the weekend. Greg came out today to repair the spring on our single door. We needed a few other items replaced as well. He was very thorough, and gave me 3 quotes for repairs. I asked about a new door and got a quote for that which was twice the repairs so we are going with new door. He could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable and helpful!!! So far I’m impressed with the company but they have not done actual work yet, so we will see how that goes. Right now I would recommend this company

Some bolts fell out of my garage door opener. Victor came out the same day, 3 hours early actually. The problem was fixed in no time. I was glad that I didn't attempt to do it myself. I highly recommend Victor to fix any problem you are experiencing.
