Greg came out today to repair the spring on our single door. We needed a few other items replaced as well. He was very thorough, and gave me 3 quotes for repairs. I asked about a new door and got a quote for that which was twice the repairs so we are going with new door. He could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable and helpful!!! So far I’m impressed with the company but they have not done actual work yet, so we will see how that goes. Right now I would recommend this company

I called on a Friday and had a repairman scheduled the very next day. I had the opener and spring replaced. Technician Chris called ahead to inform me of his arrival time. Called 2 other companies and they couldn’t send a tech out. I then called Precision Door and a service tech, Gabe, arrived a couple hours later. Great job. Original request was to replace gasket at the bottom of my garage doors. Came equipped with 3 types for me to select. In the process also discussed some opener problems which led to my purchase of 2 new openers. No sales pressure just facts. Install gave some problems which required a second day but this was not an inconvenience for me. Even helped with Homelink connection. Professional, courteous and informative.
