We called late at night, and Mark was there by 1:30 the next afternoon to evaluate our defective opener, guide us through options, and provide us with estimates. He was courteous, knowledgeable, diligent, professional and personable (and our dog loved him). After installation, he took the time to thoroughly explain and help program the features on our system. Garage Doors were making quite a noise while operated. We have had these doors for over 35 years. Chris Shray, the technician came and repaired and did an overhaul of our garage doors and they are in very good operating condition again. Chris Shray was very proffessional and courteous. Did a search on line. Precision Garage Door Service web site was well done and it was backed-up by being able to communicate with a person.

Garage door spring broke on a Friday night. Called Precision because they were the only place around that took calls on the weekend. Scheduled repair service for Monday morning and had a working garage door before 9:30am. Everyone involved was nice and easy to work with. Will be my go-to garage door service in the future.

Greg came out today to repair the spring on our single door. We needed a few other items replaced as well. He was very thorough, and gave me 3 quotes for repairs. I asked about a new door and got a quote for that which was twice the repairs so we are going with new door. He could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable and helpful!!! So far I’m impressed with the company but they have not done actual work yet, so we will see how that goes. Right now I would recommend this company
