Mark was great! I called on a Friday, and you were there already on Tuesday. My bottom seal had come off when I opened the garage door. Mark is extremely pleasant and knows his job. He replaced the seal and checked to make sure it was ok. Precision Doors had put all of my openers in a few years ago.Mark is courteous and pleasant and even called while on his way. What great customer service!!! Glad that I used Precision Doors.

Mark was excellent in repairing my doors today. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He also suggested that some work I thought was needed was in fact not needed to save me extra money. Chris did a very good job explaining the cause of my old automatic garage door opener - power outages causing the malfunction. Opted to replace the garage door opener with a new one with battery backup function. Chris was very polite.

Started day off with a broken torsion spring. Garage door closed, 2 cars stuck inside. Called Precision at 10am, spring/bearings replaced by 12:30pm! Service provided by Victor, from him contacting me to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive, to him checking out the problem and discussing the estimate, to him replacing the spring/bearings and then discussing maintenance (spray lubing the spring). Very professional all around.

Punctual, competent, fairly priced services. Victor was the tech who identified the problem within a few minutes and was invested in fixing it and ensuring the other parts ran well too. I was in the need for 2 new garage door openers, I thought. After viewing the website, I called them on a Sunday evening and got a knowledgeable person to discuss my garage opener options. They sent Andre and Buddy the following morning. As I suspected, Andre needed a few minutes to take a look and understand what was causing the problems and gave me three options to fix. In the end I was very pleased with the rebuild work and the new garage door openers. Their work was very professional, and you can tell they take pride in their craftmanship. I had Tom from precision garage door out today! He was extremely personable, well spoken, and easy to understand. When I asked a few questions. He answered very honestly and directly, which I appreciate. At the end of the day, we worked very diligently and still spent quite some time here to make sure everything was perfect approximately 2+ hours to completely reset the door on the Friday night when people should be home with their children. I am extremely pleased and would recommend Tom and precision garage door to others.
