Our old garage door opener broke. We had Precision install the new opener. Victor (installer) was great. He explained what needed to be done and did it quickly and neatly. We will use Precision again for any garage door issues.

My garage door came off the track and was stuck in the open position. With the cold weather and possible snow in the future forecast, I needed assistance right away. Called 2 other companies and they couldn’t send a tech out. I then called Precision Door and a service tech, Gabe, arrived a couple hours later. He was very personable and took the time to answer any and all questions. I’m sure I will be extremely satisfied when I get my new garage doors installed. I will recommend Precision Door to my neighbors and friends.

This is the second time I called them, this time I called them at 8 am on a Saturday, they were at my house around 9. The service guy looked it over and found my spring had broken, they gave me a quote on the spot, I would recommend them

Customer Service is excellent. They are prompt in returning phone calls, and even make same day service calls. I've used them 2 times for part repairs, for a garage door 40 years old. Now I've used them again for a brand new door installation. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Precision Doors!
