I could have done the repair myself. The service tech didn’t know how to fix my problem. He called in to get help. If I was able to talk to someone like the service tech did, I would have saved $129.

Yes. Frankly, we agree.
We do offer free phone support for all WiFi related issues. Support for WiFi is also available from the manufacture.
Unfortunately, when we send a service technician out to your house, there are real costs related. Technician pay, vehicle fuel and maintenance, etc.
