Moved into a new home and it was clear the garage door needed maintenance and a safety inspection. The door was a 9'x18' torsion spring type commercial door in a garage with 20' ceilings. Definitely out of my capabilities. Luckily the technician from Precision came the next day as he found one of the cables was frayed with several broken strands, the other was unraveling, and a couple of the rollers were gouged from rubbing on the track. He couldn't fix it that day as he didn't have the commercial parts, but he came back first thing Monday to complete the repairs. He was done in a couple of hours and the door went from a screeching banshee, to whisper quiet. Will definitely hire Precision Door again to do the follow-up preventive maintenance.

Precision door sent name & photo of technician through e-mail who was to preform estimate & repair door. Mr. Gabrial called before arriving, and was actually a little earlier than scheduled. he was very polite & professional. estimate was reasonable & had him do repair. Also needed new door witch will be installed at a later date, do to covid related delivery problems. but very satisfied with Precision door response time, and work performed by Gabrial.
