Garage door spring broke on a Friday night. Called Precision because they were the only place around that took calls on the weekend. Scheduled repair service for Monday morning and had a working garage door before 9:30am. Everyone involved was nice and easy to work with. Will be my go-to garage door service in the future.

Woke up to a spring snapping on my garage door and called at 8am, they were out by 1130am and done by 1pm. Mike was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Pleasant to work with, answered all my questions, and fixed my door without an issue. Would highly recommend this company.

Garage Doors were making quite a noise while operated. We have had these doors for over 35 years. Chris Shray, the technician came and repaired and did an overhaul of our garage doors and they are in very good operating condition again. Chris Shray was very proffessional and courteous. Did a search on line. Precision Garage Door Service web site was well done and it was backed-up by being able to communicate with a person.
