My experience with Precision garage door was outstanding. My expectations were met above and beyond. I was not sure who to call so I found this company on line and called. I needed to have my garage door issue resolved fairly quick. The problem was found it was well explained and every step of the repair was well done and explained. Jakob was very professional and courteous, his knowledge was extensive. Just talking with Jakob sold me on having Precision do the work. Be prepared to be impressed! Called Precision in the morning, Victor showed up earlier than the appt window and made quick work out of my damaged system by replacing the opener head, some pulleys, a hinge and some rollers and my door has never worked so well! Thanks Precision!

Just bought a new house, and needed a garage door opener. I called late on Monday afternoon and had it installed by Tuesday at 11am. Precision did a most satisfactory job replacing our Torsion Springs. Technician Joe Serrao was here the next day and was informative, knowledgeable, highly experienced and quite cordial. He quickly replaced the springs and got our garage doors working. Joe came back a few days later on his day off for a minor adjustment.
