Started day off with a broken torsion spring. Garage door closed, 2 cars stuck inside. Called Precision at 10am, spring/bearings replaced by 12:30pm! Service provided by Victor, from him contacting me to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive, to him checking out the problem and discussing the estimate, to him replacing the spring/bearings and then discussing maintenance (spray lubing the spring). Very professional all around.

Resending: On Sunday I called for emergency service. A spring broke on our garage door, and obviously it could not be opened. Both our cars were in the garage, so we were stuck. I spoke with Kate, and she was very polite, professional, and arranged for a technician for emergency service. Chris was an excellent technician and did a very good job checking out the door and replacing the springs. I am a chemical engineer and handy with work around the house. I was in the need for 2 new garage door openers, I thought. After viewing the website, I called them on a Sunday evening and got a knowledgeable person to discuss my garage opener options. They sent Andre and Buddy the following morning. As I suspected, Andre needed a few minutes to take a look and understand what was causing the problems and gave me three options to fix.
