Matthew our installer was very good, he walked us through our options and helped us pick the right one for us. He explained the technicalities and did not push us to install more than we needed. He cleaned up after himself and took his time to walk us through all aspects of our new door operations. Plus he even helped me get my car's built in garage door opener to work with the new system. Good job all around. I will call them again when we need another garage door opener replaced in the future.

Very well pleased from the moment I spoke with Beth in the office to the repairs were done by Dylan M. Our garage door would only go up about 2 inches then go right back down. I spoke with Beth and she was very nice and helpful in getting someone here to fix our door. Dylan came the next afternoon and was extremely nice, courteous, and knew what he was doing. Upon entering the garage he was able to tell us the springs were broken. He put new springs. And bearings and check everything and we are now able to open our door. Door works wonderful. Initial contact with person in office, Angela was extremely positive, unlike other companies that I had called for estimates and availability. Made the difference in my commitment. The springs on one of my garage doors broke. My two car garage was big enough that I could do a 12 point turn to get my car through the door that still functioned. I called Precision on a Friday afternoon, and by noon on Saturday, the repair was done. (I chose Precision because of the great reviews they had and clear contact information.) Matthew came out on Saturday, quickly analyzed and clearly described the problem, explained repair options and pricing. No one ever likes spending money but they were responsive, efficient, and provided a great quality repair.

We found Prestige online and choose them to provide an estimate to put in a new garage door because they had extremely good customer reviews. Greg came out to provide the estimate and was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and explained the differences between different types of doors. He even called the owner to check on a certain company they are using. He then sent us estimates for the ones we chose. We have not had the door replaced yet but will provide an additional review when we do.
