Victor was awesome. He arrived at my house within an hour of me calling. On a Sunday of all days. He examined my door, went over everything that it would need, and assured me he could fix it. In a little more than an hour the door was fixed, and he even replaced a bent bracket that wasn't a part of the original estimate. Saved me from needing a new door. Great job.

Your website stood out well explaining in full detail what you do. This is important because garage door repairs are not something that is thought about much of the time. I did not know where to turn. The service man, Tom, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to explain in full detail what the problem was and how he would fix it. It may be the best "home repair service" I have ever had. Everything about my experience with Precision was excellent from beginning to end. My initial phone call was very pleasant and it was easy to schedule next-day service for my broken garage door.
