My garage door spring decided to break on a Friday evening, trapping my car inside of my garage. Fortunately Chris from Precision was able to come out Saturday afternoon to replace the spring on my door. Resending: On Sunday I called for emergency service. A spring broke on our garage door, and obviously it could not be opened. Both our cars were in the garage, so we were stuck. I spoke with Kate, and she was very polite, professional, and arranged for a technician for emergency service. Chris was an excellent technician and did a very good job checking out the door and replacing the springs. I am a chemical engineer and handy with work around the house.
