Overall we were very satisfied with our service. Our door was not closing normally even though the sensor lights were correct, and the door was noisy when it was in motion. Frank provided several service options without any pressure. He completed the job and the door works well and quietly. Everyone involved kept us informed about the timing of the appointment. Our only complaint was some grease marks on the garage floor.

The technician that came out to repair our garage and replace our springs in addition to installing new rollers was Matthew Murphy. Matt showed up right on time and after examining our garage door, he took the time to explain what the problems were and the options we had to repair it, along with the various detailed costs for each repair. Matt was quick and efficient doing the repairs. Additionally, he was very personable. I would recommend Precision Door Repairs to anyone.

I used them for replacing old defective Craftsman door opener in my garage with new Genie 2128 door opener with 7’ belt drive and 2 remotes. Their response was fast, they came within a day, did neat work, friendly, and installed and demonstrated operations within 1 1/2 hours working. But total price was exorbitant. Above described Genie set is shown in eBay for $290.25, whereas they charged total $995.00! Which means, for 1 1/2 hours of work, their installation charges were about $700.00!

Service very timely. Technician polite and professional. Went through options for door repair or replacement. Went for repair option due to price (50% of new) and waiting time for new door. Only issue I have would be with price, but you get what you pay for.

My garage door came off the track and was stuck in the open position. With the cold weather and possible snow in the future forecast, I needed assistance right away. Called 2 other companies and they couldn’t send a tech out. I then called Precision Door and a service tech, Gabe, arrived a couple hours later. He was very personable and took the time to answer any and all questions. I’m sure I will be extremely satisfied when I get my new garage doors installed. I will recommend Precision Door to my neighbors and friends.

Precision Doors had an appointment at my neighbor's house and I lost my garage door remote so I was hoping they could squeeze me in while they were here in the area they waived the service charge because they were right next door and they were very accommodating and I was up and running in under 20 minutes. Great job will use them again.

Found them when I went online and it was a good decision on my part. They worked with my schedule and came when it was convenient for me and the service tech was excellent. Tom was very friendly and listened to what I needed and made a few suggestions and explained the process thoroughly. I took his advice and have no regrets. Hopefully I will not need another repair for a long time but when I do, they are the one I will call. A+ all the way.

Parts packaging when opened left about 30 U shaped metal staples everywhere on the garage floor. They should have been cleaned up. The job was left to me.

Quick service, kept me UTD w/ETA. Job completed efficiently and in normal amount of time that I would expect. Not impressed with what I perceive as the upsell... However, I'm at the mercy of my garage door, so in order to avoid taking a chance w/another problem in the near future, I took all the options. My tech told me there was a warranty with what I was repairing so I'm hoping that gets me thru a decent amount of time without having to replace the opener system. Pricing may be a little steep, but I don't have any other company to compare to. I probably could've gotten a whole new system for the amount of $ I spent today. But.... I am completely grateful for the VERY quick response and service so I could use my garage again. Thank you!

Tried to upsell me even though I told him I sold the house today. Also garage door opener for a two car garage came with only one remote ! That's ridiculous.
