Dylan did an excellent job explaining the possible problems with our garage door opener and checking into them. He found some areas that needed correcting on the door track. Precision Doors has always been synonymous with quality service, so when we were having difficulty with our garage doors being noisy and somewhat off balance, we went to their website and made an appointment. The scheduling process was simple and their site very user friendly. As the time got closer to the appointment, I started to receive reminders about the scheduled time. The actual day of service I received a text message from Chris giving me a smaller arrival window than the original 4 hour one. Even though the time was later in that window, I appreciated knowing that my morning was free. Chris said he would give me a call when the technician was on his way. As expected, Chris called me later to let me know that the technician got tied up and apologized for the delay, but that Matt was "on his way" and gave me an ETA. Matt was the next one to reach out and let me know he was coming. He arrived pretty close to what was communicated. He introduced himself and asked what the problem was and were there any other things about the doors that concerned us or that we had questions about. After a short conversation Matt immediately got to work. When he was finished, he carefully went over his findings and talked to us about ongoing maintenance. Matt was polite, friendly and very informative. We were impressed with the entire process from beginning to end. Communication was outstanding at every level, and we feel that all of our issues and concerns have been addressed. Chris and Matt are true Customer Service advocates and excellent representatives of Precision Doors.

PRECISION DOORS - option 1. Don't waste you time with any other company. Routine maintenance Technician Frank, was prompt, courteous, no mess. In addition , he explained what was done + reset my garage door opener much quicker than I ever have! In addition, he walked me through steps I would take to re-engage garage door should electricity go out in my neighborhood. Overall great experience; including acceptance of $25 coupon , every little bit helps!

From beginning to end, I received excellent service. I was able to schedule online and received a confirmation of the appointment and kept informed at all times. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He also called prior to arriving with an ETA. He put me at ease that he could fix the problem I had with the existing garage door opener and add the new one during the same visit. I recently had a great experience with one of your technicians, Frank Cochrane. Honestly, he was an absolute star! My garage door decided to have a bit of a moment, and Frank came by to check it out. From the get-go, he was incredibly friendly and professional. It was amazing how he took one look and instantly knew exactly what the problem was.  What really stood out was how well he communicated. He didn't just tell me what was wrong; he patiently explained everything in a way that made perfect sense. Then, he walked me through a couple of options, making sure I understood the pros and cons of each, which I really appreciated. It made making a decision so much easier. Once we decided on the best course of action, he got straight to work. When he finished up the repair, he went above and beyond. He not only got our keypad box reprogrammed perfectly but also made sure all our vehicles were smoothly synced back up with the system. Moved into a new home and it was clear the garage door needed maintenance and a safety inspection. The door was a 9'x18' torsion spring type commercial door in a garage with 20' ceilings. Definitely out of my capabilities. Luckily the technician from Precision came the next day as he found one of the cables was frayed with several broken strands, the other was unraveling, and a couple of the rollers were gouged from rubbing on the track. He couldn't fix it that day as he didn't have the commercial parts, but he came back first thing Monday to complete the repairs. He was done in a couple of hours and the door went from a screeching banshee, to whisper quiet. Will definitely hire Precision Door again to do the follow-up preventive maintenance.

Excellent customer service from the company and the technician, Mark Carter. We were notified of his arrival with ample lead time to assure everything was ready for him.
