Hello, My name is Gabriel Pojar. I am the father of a beautiful young daughter, Natalie. She is loves to put on plays and sing. She is the most precious gift I received from God. I like to write poetry and read novels in my spare time (not much free time as a single father) I was born and raised in Romania. I came to the U.S. 20yrs ago and received my citizenship recently. I love this great country and the opportunity that it has given me. I've worked in construction for a long time and am very happy to work for Precision Door. There is a respect for employees that is really great. My daughter and I rent a small place in a rural town, but I'm saving up for a place of my own where my daughter and I can live. I'm a sports fan, soccer being the first. I like to watch hockey and football too. I've lived in PA so long that I've become an Eagles fan.

Precision door is the kind of company customers want to work with. I had an issue with my garage door opener, where it was opening and closing the garage door on its own. I called Precision Door and the issue was taken care of within the hour. Craig, the one I spoke to on the phone was helpful and friendly. Gabe, the tech who came out to my house at the end of his work day, was friendly and knowledgeable. We was able to fix the issue within 5 minutes!! Gabe was phenomenal. He arrived at the scheduled time assessed the issue of the garage door and gave me a couple options. Once I decided which one I would like him to do he said it would take approximately an hour and a half. Gabe was done in just a little over an hour and everything is working perfectly. He was super nice and explained everything that he did to solve the problem.

Gabriel provided outstanding service. My garage door opener died with a bang (literally - loud bang with lots of white smoke) and Gabriel walked me through all of my options. After careful consideration, and having already done my homework on what to expect, I know that his recommendation was sound and reasonable. The work was done on the same day that I reported the problem and he was done in two hours. Entirely professional. The last thing I wanted before the explosion was a new garage door opener, but now the job is completed - and works quietly and smoothly, I wish I had done it earlier. Gabriel also showed me how to maintain the actual door so that I can delay replacing it (original to a 1953 home) for as long as possible. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Thanks, Gabriel and Precision Door Service.

The technician arrived onsite at the scheduled time, discussed garage door options available for our house, he was also very polite and professional. Unfortunately, we never received a price quote for the purchase and installation of a new garage door, so this is reflected in our review.
