Victor came within an hour and a half of me calling. He assessed the problem, gave me a quote and finished the repair in about 45 minutes. He lubricated everything and now the door works perfectly and is very quiet.

Precision door is the kind of company customers want to work with. I had an issue with my garage door opener, where it was opening and closing the garage door on its own. I called Precision Door and the issue was taken care of within the hour. Craig, the one I spoke to on the phone was helpful and friendly. Gabe, the tech who came out to my house at the end of his work day, was friendly and knowledgeable. We was able to fix the issue within 5 minutes!! I called one day prior and had a delightful conversation with receptionist who assured me there would take care of us immediately. Wow!! Gabriel was at my home within stated time calling beforehand which was exceptional. He came and assessed my problem within seconds and replaced a spring with new. Took no time at all and now garage is like new again. Did I tell you my wife and I are leaving for Florida within the next two days leaving my daughter, who is a professional nurse using garage with snowblower inside ready for a storm. What a relief! We can leave with the comfort garage will go up and down. Thank you Thank you!! Will call you in spring for more replacements.

The tech Gabriel was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the garage door issues. He did a total rebuild of my door. Springs,rollers,cables,etc. It was more than I thought I would spend but all the parts were quality parts and much better than the original parts. I am very pleased, my door doesn't do the shimmy anymore and is very quiet.

Courteous, prompt and efficient! I definitely recommend this company. Just having a real person answer the phone was a treat! And when Greg, my serviceman, confirmed that he was on his way, a photo of him was included in the text message. It's the little things that count and this company is well aware of that fact. Greg explained everything he was doing, and promptly made my day by getting all back in order!

It was a pleasure to deal with precision garage doors. The initial phone call to start the process was quick and easy. They offered a variety of time frames for available service. Once Greg the technician, came to the house he evaluated what was wrong with my door. He was knowledgeable friendly and explained everything he was going to do and what was wrong thoroughly. Once he was done it was a drastic improvement on my door. It works great and is much quieter! The entire process was great!

I love my new garage door. Everything about it is perfect and what I had hoped for. I love the color, hinged accents and the beautiful sun ray windows. The workers showed up on time and were polite, courteous, and cleaned everything up when the job was finished. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else. Precision Doors has been great from the moment I first called! The technician called me ahead of my appointment so I could meet him at my home which had been recently hit by lightning. Both garage door openers were not working and needless to say it's been very stressful dealing with all the issues. When I got to my home, Joe was already there waiting patiently in the driveway. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional as he troubleshot the issues and explained my options. He completed all the repairs (which included replacing one door opener and (4) safety sensors) the same day, making this phase of my numerous repairs a positive experience. Victor did a great job he was well prepared for the work at hand, very professional cleaned up after the work. I thought the repair cost was a little high but overall I was very satisfied and would use your company in the future if needed
