I called Precision Garage Door Service and they scheduled me for the following week. They made sure they texted and emailed me the appointment time, reminded me of my appointment, sent a picture of the technician who would be coming to service our garage door, and the day of service the technician called and said he was on his way. Dillion was so professional and explained everything to us and then serviced our garage door. He was friendly and it was just so nice to not be taken over the coals and we will surely call this company when we need more service on our garage door. They get a 5-star from us on everything they did....service, professionalism, and very truthful to us.
