Paid $145 to have my door sprayed with lube. Recommended I need new springs for $1k+ . Crazy high pricing but they were able to show up quickly.

Eric, You were charged for adding tension-winds to your current springs, per your request and rewiring safety eyes, Per your request. That is the labor charge cited on your invoice. Please be more honest in review of our services. As we explained to you when we visited: Based on the weight of the door when we visited your house, the wrong springs were put on your door when repaired a couple of yrs ago. Standard Spring replacements of $275 per spring was one option on the lower end, Complete overhaul of the door with a lifetime warranty was another. We're happy for feedback, but please give the technician credit for the work they actually did. My advice for the future is "Be willing to pay for professional work. Then you won't have to call someone out to fix the repair they did two yrs ago again." It's cheaper to do it right once than do it three times wrong.
