Definitely did not meet expectations, 1000 dollars to replace springs, what a joke, I really hope people do their research, and compare prices. Also to charge 85.00 no matter what, is insane. For 85.00 bucks I found replacement springs and will do myself. I love my money back as well, complete scam!!!!!!! I would no stars if I could

We called Precision because you did work for my daughter. We were delighted with your service. Your technician, Victor, came promptly. He was exceptionally pleasant and efficient. Our garage door opener was replaced within an hour or two. It works great. It’s so much quieter than the old one, which made enough noise to wake the dead. Overall, an A- one effort. Thank you.

Victor was very polite and professional. He quickly got our stuck door to open. I asked him to tune =up the two doors. He estimated the cost to refurbish and it seemed a lot to invest in 25 year old doors. Victor had also pointed out some other issues. In light of it all we went for new garage doors and operators. We will let you know when they are installed.

Customer Service is excellent. They are prompt in returning phone calls, and even make same day service calls. I've used them 2 times for part repairs, for a garage door 40 years old. The rail bracket came off the post and split the wood so that the bracket could not be reattached in the same place. Victor came out, assessed the situation and came up with an innovative solution to the mounting issue. Victor was very personable, knowledgeable and did a great job repairing the door. It is now fully operational and quiet as ever. I would not hesitate to call Precision for any future repairs.

Started day off with a broken torsion spring. Garage door closed, 2 cars stuck inside. Called Precision at 10am, spring/bearings replaced by 12:30pm! Service provided by Victor, from him contacting me to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive, to him checking out the problem and discussing the estimate, to him replacing the spring/bearings and then discussing maintenance (spray lubing the spring). Very professional all around.

We chose Precision Garge Door when our main spring broke because of their reviews. We called on a Saturday and our aapointment was scheduled for Monday morning. Prompt professional service the technician was at my house within one and one half hours of my call, the broken spring was obvious but he completed a thorough inspection of the complete system and provided a detailed estimate of various repair options. There was no pressure to select the higher price options I did not feel I wanted. The repair work was completed in a very timely manner and to my satisfaction.
