It was Saturday and my garage door wouldn't go up. My car was stuck in the garage so I had to find a place that could perform emergency service. I chose your company since my google search for emergency garage repairs came up with your name. I did call another place before yours but I had to leave voicemail. When I called yours, I was able to speak to someone and you were able to schedule to have someone come out that same day. That other place I called and left a message did not call me back even though they advertise as having emergency service.
The technician, Tom, called me not long after getting on the schedule to give me an ETA on when he would be there and even better he called me 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was coming.
Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and gave me several options for the repair. Based on the age of the garage door and parts I chose the best option which was to replace the spring, drums, cables, and center bearing. The work was done very quickly and efficiently. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I will definitely recommend your company to others.

Decided to get the Precision 800 - Tech was professional and got the job done quickly. Door works great and it's even quieter than the LiftMaster it replaced...

This business is terrific. I called and was told that someone would arrive for evaluation of the needed repair and maintenance on my garage doors within about 2 hours. Their service manager, Tom, arrived as promised. He did a complete evaluation of my 2 doors, gave me some alternatives, and offered me a better solution than I had even considered, all at a very fair price. I accepted the offer and Aaron, one of their service technicians was here shortly to work with Tom and complete the job. My wife and I are very happy with the results. I highly recommend Precision Door Service as a result. Much appreciated!

From my initial phone call to inquire about costs, service and to schedule appointment to the workmen performing the necessary repairs and updates to my garage door opener, including rollers, springs, new opener install, etc. I was treated with the utmost professionalism, promptness and kindness. Cable on our garage door snapped and door wouldn't close. Called around 6pm in the evening and someone was here by 8am. Showed us another possible problem which he fixed also and we were glad he did, didn't want to have to call again in a few months. Repair person was knowledgable and helpful when asked questions. Wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again if we have an issue.

I am so pleased with the prompt service by Tom Schray. He was very professional and might I add, very funny????????????. I didnt realized that my garage door system was so old untill Tom fixed it, it now closes smooth and operates like a brand new garage door. Tom was very patient with explaining how to operates our new remotes and keypad.

He provided us with 3 estimates - one for the actual repair. The other 2 estimates were for preventive maintenance services. The choice was ours; there was no pressure.

Quick service, kept me UTD w/ETA. Job completed efficiently and in normal amount of time that I would expect.
Not impressed with what I perceive as the upsell... However, I'm at the mercy of my garage door, so in order to avoid taking a chance w/another problem in the near future, I took all the options. My tech told me there was a warranty with what I was repairing so I'm hoping that gets me thru a decent amount of time without having to replace the opener system.
Pricing may be a little steep, but I don't have any other company to compare to. I probably could've gotten a whole new system for the amount of $ I spent today.
But.... I am completely grateful for the VERY quick response and service so I could use my garage again.

My garage door opener failed last evening. I called Precision Door at 8:00 am and Tom Schray was at my house by 10:00 am to evaluate my situation. My opener was 17 years old and the fix was quite iffy considering it's age, I decided to replace it. Tom did a fantastic job in explaining my alternatives and proceeded to perform the work effectively and efficiently. Great job and I will strongly recommend Precision Door to everyone.
