This was the second time we had Precision Doors to our house. Their service and protects are great. We had a new garage door opened installed this last time. Very satisfied with the new garage door open. Tom and the other installer were friendly, explained things and showed us everything about the new opener. Would only have Precision Doors for our jobs. Called them in the morning and they were here by the afternoon to help us out. Give them a 5 star...

My garage door kept shorting out. I checked for garage door repairs and found the precision on the internet and called. They said someone could be there first thing in morning. Tech came and gave me options. I picked an option after they gave me quotes. They worked quite efficiently inspite of near 0 degrees. Everything went very smooth. I will recommend them to anyone. I feel when a potential customer calls a business for service. I don’t think it is a good business practices to try and make xx money because a customer is in a crisis. I think any and all cost should be explained prior to the tech arriving at your home. I didn’t like that and honestly I would’ve made other choices if I knew they charge 80.00 to lift a door and a service call fee of 30. I felt like it was a little price gouging because I could’ve applied those funds to repairing my garage door. When I called the professional never informed me of such a fee to lift the door for 80.00. And the tech was training a new guy and I stood in the freezing cold waiting for 15 minutes until he explained to the trainee what to do on a job
( pricing for cable, cost of drums, wires, 7 ft door vs. a 8 ft door) I had to say politely can you do this in your truck or outside.

Garage door unable to close, called for repair and they were able to repair the next day which pleased me secondary to home security. He explained a package before diagnosing what was wrong. Closed the door then showed me what was wrong with the door. I had two springs each previously replaced and I was informed that the springs were too strong for my door, they needed replaced and I saw on cable was not safe so he recommend replacing both and all the rollers. So I took his word. All installed.

The company that I purchased my garage door from originally was very unresponsive and actually rude when I had a problem. I have had Precision do all of my service work ever since. They have gone out of their way to help me resolve problems over the phone so I didn't have to pay the service fee. And when I did need them to come out, they were unbelievably prompt in showing up to address my issue. I wish I had purchased the door from them initially and will certainly contact them if I need to purchase another in the future!

I love my new garage door. Everything about it is perfect and what I had hoped for. I love the color, hinged accents and the beautiful sun ray windows. The workers showed up on time and were polite, courteous, and cleaned everything up when the job was finished.
I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else. Save yourself a headache and disappointment. Next time you need your garage door repaired or replaced call Precision Door Service.

Five stars! The installers were polite, personable and knowledgeable. They recommended certain products/repairs, giving me information and alternatives. They answered all my questions which allowed me to make an informed decision. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them.

Came same day I called and it was a Saturday. Tom explain to me all the options and was glad i went to the torsion system. Work was done to perfection. Will use Precision again when my other spring brakes. I will also recommend to others.

Precision Door is absolutely excellent. Keith answered pleasantly and responsively when I called to report my malfunctioning door opener. He offered me some troubleshooting advice on the phone. When that failed he scheduled a service rep. visit to solve the problem. Tom came to my home at the conveniently scheduled time. He shared his analysis and offered me several solutions. I selected a new opener. Tom installed it to my satisfaction. It works well. I appreciate it and the great service by Precision Door!
