He was courteous and explained what needed to be done. He was done in no time and even helped me program my new car's garage door opener! Victor was very helpful. Our keypad wasn't working. Our garage door wouldn't go up or down when we keyed in our code After troubleshooting a few things, he replaced our keypad to open our garage door. Our door is now working fine. Great service. very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Came out quickly and repaired our door which was appreciated. However, they arrived over 4 hours early without a phone call first. I was not home and my husband, who works from home, had to leave an important meeting to show him the door.

Garage door spring broke on a Friday night. Called Precision because they were the only place around that took calls on the weekend. I chose you because it said 24/7 and my garage door broke at night. And you had a good google rating and sounded like a small business. I was so glad you were able to provide quick service this close to Christmas. The technician actually called me earlier in the day than promised, which was really convenient for me. He was friendly, told me all the options and did the repair quickly. Great job, I will recommend your service.

Had a broken spring that needed to be repaired so I had both replaced. Also had the Genie 2128 installed. The technician was pleasant and provided a quote before I agreed to the work. The work was done well, but from a pricing perspective I feel like it is way over-priced. Generous pricing for the parts would be $500 if purchased retail. The bill was $1300 for a job that was completed in 2.5 hours, putting the labor rate over $300/hour.
