Be prepared to be impressed! Called Precision in the morning, Victor showed up earlier than the appt window and made quick work out of my damaged system by replacing the opener head, some pulleys, a hinge and some rollers and my door has never worked so well! Thanks Precision!

I Googled "garage door opener repair", and Precision's website link came up (along with others). I made multiple inquiries to companies listed, checked consumer reviews, and decided on Precision. They were able to come to my home the same day - which I found impressive ( a company that actually does what they advertise). The technician was Victor. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My opener was not able to be repaired (too old), and he installed a new one at a fair price. He did a great job.

We are so happy that we chose Precision Door Service for our new garage. Tom was very helpful and professional on the phone with us and Victor, our installer, did a phenomenal job. My garage door broke on a Sunday night and I was presently surprised when a live person answered the telephone and made an appointment for me the following morning The service man was on time courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable about what to do to repair my door I thought the price for repairs was in the normal range And the service man run about his business making repairs quickly and keeping everything clean I was very pleased with the company and I certainly would recommend them and use them again

Victor was great, he had everything in his truck I needed to not only fix the door that needed repair but also shore-up the second door as well. I thought the two smaller brackets were a little pricey but I was impressed he got the work done quickly and the whole experience was super convenient. A couple hours later I had two working doors. The recurring problem is now fixed.

Great quick service. I call in AM 10AM or so and Victor was here to repair at 1:30 pm. I googled prior to this garage door repair and right away Precision showed up so I thought I give it a try. The nice girl answered the phone and was so pleasant to talk with. Victor did outstanding service!!!! I will hopefully not too soon need their service again. Love the 4 year warranty.

Hope was very helpful and had someone over to my house quite quickly. Vincent was very helpful, unfortunately the door couldn’t be repaired so I had to order a new panel. I will give another review when that’s completed. So far I’ve been pleased!
