Timely, professional, efficient service call, but the markup for 2 torsion springs was near 300% ($295 each compared to $200 per pair online- including warranty. Lesson learned- purchase materials in advance, and then contract with local business for help with installation. $780 to replace 2 springs was a shock!

Horrible experience. Technician wasn’t experienced at all. Technician didnt have right parts. Technician asked me if I have that part available. Even spoke to manager about the issue and asked if he could come or send different technician to fix the he problem. Manager was very unprofessional.do not recommend anyone to take their service. This first time and it will be my last time to work with them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I called Precision Garage Door shortly before 5:00 and I was greeted with a friendly and professional staff person. I told her what my problem was and she was able to schedule a convenient time the very next day. She also informed me who the tech would be who would make my repair. She further gave me a breakdown of charges and told me the tech would call me when he was enroute to my location. The next day, everything was as described. My tech, Victor, contacted me when he was about 20 minutes out. When he arrived, I knew Victor was my tech because he was in Precision Garage Door uniform and I had been texted a picture of Victor. I showed him what was wrong with the door. He had to replace both cables since one was broken and had to raise the over head door. He told me what he had to do to fix it, about how long it would take, and gave me a price for the repair. I agreed to the price and he immediately began work. He replaced both cables and had them done in about an hour. I am very satisfied with the way I was treated, the professionalism of the office staff, the professionalism and knowledge of my tech, and the price. There is no doubt that if I need another repair, Precision Garage Door will be the company I call and will gladly recommend Precision to my friends. I rate Precision 5 stars without hesitation.

Stellar customer service . Hope & Deb are fabulous. I had to reschedule my appointment one day before it was scheduled. A new appointment was offered, same day as I called & within an hour Victor was at my home . I Googled "garage door opener repair", and Precision's website link came up (along with others). I made multiple inquiries to companies listed, checked consumer reviews, and decided on Precision. They were able to come to my home the same day - which I found impressive ( a company that actually does what they advertise). The technician was Victor. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My opener was not able to be repaired (too old), and he installed a new one at a fair price. He did a great job.

My garage door broke on a Sunday night and I was presently surprised when a live person answered the telephone and made an appointment for me the following morning The service man was on time courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable about what to do to repair my door I thought the price for repairs was in the normal range And the service man run about his business making repairs quickly and keeping everything clean I was very pleased with the company and I certainly would recommend them and use them again

This was the second time I used this service. In both instances the service was exactly as advertised and even better. From the initiating phone call through the performance of the actual repairs, everything was done in an outstanding and professional manner.
