Our garage door decided not to open on a Saturday afternoon. I called Precision and they offered to come out the following day or Tuesday afternoon. It wasn't an emergency so I opted for Tuesday. Chris was our technician who was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and was great with explaining exactly what our problem was and was able to give us a quick fix to get it to work for us. We ended up ordering a new garage door along w/ other parts that wouldn't last much longer, but we probably wouldn't have done that without Chris' assistance & guidance. Hopefully he comes out to replace it in a few weeks. Thank you for being amazing!!

Things only break at 6 in the morning. Great response and service. Chris was great, replaced a defective spring. Had us back in service by 9:30.

Called and Chris was here in 2 hours. He found that new parts were needed.and phoned his office. The parts were delivered in an hour, by Tom (the manager). Prompt service and professional attitudes. Nice to do business with them!

I appreciate your company, I called in January and got excellent customer service. The staff diagnosed the problem and I was not pressured to immediately get the repairs done. When, I called to replace the garage door opener, I got next day service. All your employees were nice and professional, they explained things thoroughly. The price was good. I called on a Friday and had a repairman scheduled the very next day. I had the opener and spring replaced. Technician Chris called ahead to inform me of his arrival time. Made the initial call to Precision Door on a Sunday (!) morning about 7:30; by 12:30p my garage door was up and running smoothly. This after the door was jammed (10p/Sat) and stuck in the halfway position. Damage was such that door could not be secured manually and temps were below zero. Tech Chris arrived and installed Hi cycle end bearing plates. The house was empty but he kept me posted (by phone) of progress. Tom was also most helpful. A very stress free experience. Admire their professionalism. One positive take away: speaking to a real person when the first call was made. I recommend Precision Door for all your garage door needs.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for any garage door installation or opener sales and service. Angel installed new Harmon insulated garage doors in our house and the installation was very good. When it came time to install openers there were some challenges due to a low hanging obstruction containing some A/C duct work in one part of the garage. Tom from the Bethlehem location was able to think outside the box and with some clever ingenuity and determination he was able to install openers on all of our doors which work great. Tom and Victor did an excellent job with the installation. They showed up on time, worked hard the entire time they were there and cleaned up everything when they were finished. Tom didn't leave until he was sure everything was functioning properly, took the time to go over the operation features of the door openers with me and explain the WiFi features. All in all a great experience. They understand garage doors and understand customer service. As a result of Tom and his colleagues efforts I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of garage doors or openers in the future
