Tom did a very professional job of explaining what needed to be done to fix our garage door. The only comment I have is, it would have been nice to use the senior discount plus the $15.00 coupon, since anyone can use the $15.00 coupon, seniors then don't get to use the senior discount. Springs , rollers and cables were replaced.

Unbelievable service! I was on a tight schedule and the two men, Tom and the "new guy" Greg, were prompt, professional and personable. They came exactly when they said that they would and finished precisely on time for me to get to an appointment. Their professionalism in explaining all of my options without pressuring for the costliest option was greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.

I got in my car to go to work and the garage door wouldn't open more than 6 inches. I had no idea what was going on so I went where every other homeowner goes...Youtube! When I realized this wasn't a simple fix I found Precision Door and was impressed by the service. They took all of my information, gave me a quick appointment, Tom called to let me know his eta, and arrived as promised. He gave full explanations about the issue, didn't over sell me on anything, told me about the website coupons, and completed the job within an hour. Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. This is a great family owned business, that takes pride in there work. I had them install garage doors at my home in Bethlehem along with my home in the Pocono’s. Your website stood out well explaining in full detail what you do. This is important because garage door repairs are not something that is thought about much of the time. I did not know where to turn. The service man, Tom, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to explain in full detail what the problem was and how he would fix it. It may be the best "home repair service" I have ever had. Found them when I went online and it was a good decision on my part. They worked with my schedule and came when it was convenient for me and the service tech was excellent. Tom was very friendly and listened to what I needed and made a few suggestions and explained the process thoroughly. I took his advice and have no regrets. Hopefully I will not need another repair for a long time but when I do, they are the one I will call. A+ all the way.

monday after easter my garage door went on the fritz.so i called my garage door co .they said someone will call you in the morning. so morning came and i called them and they said thurs they can come.that didnt work.i called precision door service,in1hour and 45 min a 2 very nice workers showed up looked at problem and advised me of cost.the job was done very clean finish up and answered all my questions.i now have a new door co.also beth was great with follow up and call back great service jack l.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for any garage door installation or opener sales and service. Angel installed new Harmon insulated garage doors in our house and the installation was very good. When it came time to install openers there were some challenges due to a low hanging obstruction containing some A/C duct work in one part of the garage. Tom from the Bethlehem location was able to think outside the box and with some clever ingenuity and determination he was able to install openers on all of our doors which work great. Tom and Victor did an excellent job with the installation. They showed up on time, worked hard the entire time they were there and cleaned up everything when they were finished. Tom didn't leave until he was sure everything was functioning properly, took the time to go over the operation features of the door openers with me and explain the WiFi features. All in all a great experience. They understand garage doors and understand customer service. As a result of Tom and his colleagues efforts I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of garage doors or openers in the future
