I am very pleased with Precision and would call in the future if necessary. My garage door stopped opening and closing. Greg immediately troublshooted the problem. Fees were quite reasonable so I also had a keypad added ( I only had my car remote opener before)

I appreciate your company, I called in January and got excellent customer service. The staff diagnosed the problem and I was not pressured to immediately get the repairs done. When, I called to replace the garage door opener, I got next day service. All your employees were nice and professional, they explained things thoroughly. The price was good. Stellar customer service . Hope & Deb are fabulous. I had to reschedule my appointment one day before it was scheduled. A new appointment was offered, same day as I called & within an hour Victor was at my home . He was professional & knowledgeable, in addition he programmed my new garage door opener with my vehicle , which was a great help. Be prepared to be impressed! Called Precision in the morning, Victor showed up earlier than the appt window and made quick work out of my damaged system by replacing the opener head, some pulleys, a hinge and some rollers and my door has never worked so well! Thanks Precision!

Really awesome service. Very customer friendly. Got an appointment quickly. The tech was there on time. He explained everything and, once I gave my approval, had the new door keypad installed in no time at all. Lovely guy!
