Greg Brandt's Bio:
I was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley. Alumni of Bethlehem Catholic HS. I am trained Electrician and was a member of IBEW Local 375 for a long time. Prior to moving to Precision Door, I worked at a friend's company which helped fire companies and such recoup costs from insurance companies and such. I like Dogs, Hockey, Roller Derby, Punk Rock and Fast cars. I currently have 3 dogs, all rescues. I was a Roller Derby coach and played as a hockey goalie for a long time. I love to skate and be active. I also enjoy movies and gaming in my spare time. Somewhat of a geek as well (comic books and Dr. Who come to mind)

One of our garage doors would not close properly. I called Précision because I had them here about two years ago and was very pleased with the product and service. Never needed work on our garage door since we built in 2001! Winter of 2021 had an issue with raising/lowering and found Precision online. I liked the same day service and reviews were very positive. I have dealt with Precision twice now and each time was a pleasure. Had a garage door opener that worked well, until it didn’t. Seemed to be an intermittent issue that I was able to deal with for 6 months, until I finally decided to just purchase a new opener. Greg was my technician both times. He’s very personable and knowledgeable about his business and products. I felt confident in my choice and he even helped me set up the app to operate my garage door with my cell phone! I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Also, both times I received same day service. Which if you are stuck with garage door problems, you’d likely want them taken care of asap. ????

From my original phone call to Precision I had a good feeling. The rep on the phone was friendly and courteous and had a good phone manner. I use to be in customer service and that is the first thing I look for when hiring a service. Greg showed up on time and was able to determine the problems right away. It took about an hour and the door was operating better than it was when I originally bought the house. I will be replacing the door in the future and Precision already has my business. Precision Doors had an appointment at my neighbor's house and I lost my garage door remote so I was hoping they could squeeze me in while they were here in the area they waived the service charge because they were right next door and they were very accommodating and I was up and running in under 20 minutes. Great job will use them again.

We were more than pleased with the service we received from Precision Door. It was our pleasure to have the service/repair of our garage door completed by a Greg. He was very informative & knowledgeable with the repair. We would definitely recommend Precision Door. Unfortunately for us our garage door is 35+ years old & will need to be replaced but thanks to Greg we will be able to use our garage door through the winter, as we had hoped. We will be replacing the door in the spring & Precision Door will be who we call.

For us it has been a pleasure to do business with you, Greg got to our home on time did a great job and we are very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy we got from Gregory, he explained all details to us and understandable, we had been so grateful with Gregory that we will like him to be included when our garage door would be installed, we want Gregory to do the installation of our garage door, thank you for having such great person as your employee as you know we placed a garage door also.
