Called on Wednesday about getting springs on door replaced. I was told that they could be out on Friday to do the job. Every other company I called said they would have to send out a tech to give an estimate and schedule the work for later. That was not going to work for me. Mark from Precision showed up on Friday and had the job done in no time. Would recommend.

We called Precision Garage Door to repair a mal-functioning garage door. The technician (Mark Carter) was friendly, professional, and informative. After inspecting the problem he went over a couple options to repair or replace. I chose to replace the unit with a higher quality and quieter model. Mark showed me how to program the key pad and went over the remote control device. It was a very hot day and I really appreciated the work that Mark put into fixing our problem. I think we will be pleased with the quieter model.

Mark was great! I called on a Friday, and you were there already on Tuesday. My bottom seal had come off when I opened the garage door. Mark is extremely pleasant and knows his job. He replaced the seal and checked to make sure it was ok. Precision Doors had put all of my openers in a few years ago.Mark is courteous and pleasant and even called while on his way. What great customer service!!! Glad that I used Precision Doors.

Garage Doors were making quite a noise while operated. We have had these doors for over 35 years. Chris Shray, the technician came and repaired and did an overhaul of our garage doors and they are in very good operating condition again. Chris Shray was very proffessional and courteous. Be ready to pay $85 when they show up, even to get an estimate. There was no transparancy. We paid money for nothing. Their pricing was out of line for industry standard.

Hello Elaine, While we regret that you are unhappy, there was full transparency when you clicked on the "I agree" box about the site visit fee before you could actually book for a technician to come out. Our technician came out in good faith and created estimates based on what was needed to get your garage door(s) operating properly. In regards to industry standards, we are very much in line with other professional companies in our costs. Our technicians are not handymen, they are highly trained professionals, we are fuly licensed and insured and we stand behind our products and our work. Anytime you are working with professionals you will have costs for their technicians to come out. If you would like, please contact our office and we would be happy to discuss the options further.

Mark is truly an asset to your company. He was prompt, called prior. Respectful, dependable and knowledgeable. He clearly explained all options. Installation was done quickly and efficiently, and he cleaned up the old parts and left a clean workspace. I give Mark and Precision 5 stars.

He arrived on time and his demeanor was such that he was able to make an immediate connection.
