I was in the need for 2 new garage door openers, I thought. After viewing the website, I called them on a Sunday evening and got a knowledgeable person to discuss my garage opener options. They sent Andre and Buddy the following morning. As I suspected, Andre needed a few minutes to take a look and understand what was causing the problems and gave me three options to fix. In the end I was very pleased with the rebuild work and the new garage door openers. Their work was very professional, and you can tell they take pride in their craftmanship. Love it when a random contractor choice turns out to be a Home Run!! Recommend this company.

Had a broken spring that needed to be repaired so I had both replaced. Also had the Genie 2128 installed. The technician was pleasant and provided a quote before I agreed to the work. The work was done well, but from a pricing perspective I feel like it is way over-priced. Generous pricing for the parts would be $500 if purchased retail. The bill was $1300 for a job that was completed in 2.5 hours, putting the labor rate over $300/hour.

Excellent overall. Very prompt reply, schedule and service. Victor was very professional and did his job quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with everything regarding this service call. I also just cancelled America Home Shield. The best they could do was Wednesday next week. It would have only cost me a $100 vs $1,000 but could not wait for that kind of service response.
