Frank arrived within two minutes of the time he stated. This is very rare. He identified our problem and proceeded to fix it. Door works better than it ever has. He answered all our questions. A thoroughly professional operation. Better give this guy a raise before he slips away. We will ask for him when we have our next garage door problem.

My garage door spring decided to break on a Friday evening, trapping my car inside of my garage. Fortunately Chris from Precision was able to come out Saturday afternoon to replace the spring on my door. He also replaced the rollers and now the door works much more smoothly and quietly than ever before. Thanks Chris and company for the 5 Star service.

We called late at night, and Mark was there by 1:30 the next afternoon to evaluate our defective opener, guide us through options, and provide us with estimates. He was courteous, knowledgeable, diligent, professional and personable (and our dog loved him). After installation, he took the time to thoroughly explain and help program the features on our system. We were headed to airport when couldn’t open garage door! Called precision and they had a tech at our home in 30 minutes or less! When Frank arrived he identified the problem immediately and was able to replace the broken spring. We were so confident in his ability that we left him alone to close up house as we had to leave. Highly recommend!
