The technician that came out to repair our garage and replace our springs in addition to installing new rollers was Matthew Murphy. Matt showed up right on time and after examining our garage door, he took the time to explain what the problems were and the options we had to repair it, along with the various detailed costs for each repair. Matt was quick and efficient doing the repairs. Additionally, he was very personable. I would recommend Precision Door Repairs to anyone.

Chris did a very good job explaining the cause of my old automatic garage door opener - power outages causing the malfunction. Opted to replace the garage door opener with a new one with battery backup function. Chris was very polite.

Garage door broke Sunday evening. Called 24/7 number and had a service rep (Mark-ask for him if you can, he's good) arrive Monday morning. He checked the door & quoted repair price, but I opted for a replacement. New door is scheduled for install in 2 weeks at a fair price. Very satisfied with this company.

Prompt professional service the technician was at my house within one and one half hours of my call, the broken spring was obvious but he completed a thorough inspection of the complete system and provided a detailed estimate of various repair options. It never fails when the weather is frigid that a person isn’t thinking about the garage door and the hatchback door of my car being open.
