I am very pleased with Precision and would call in the future if necessary. My garage door stopped opening and closing. Greg immediately troublshooted the problem. Fees were quite reasonable so I also had a keypad added ( I only had my car remote opener before)

Greg came out today to repair the spring on our single door. We needed a few other items replaced as well. He was very thorough, and gave me 3 quotes for repairs. I asked about a new door and got a quote for that which was twice the repairs so we are going with new door. He could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable and helpful!!! So far I’m impressed with the company but they have not done actual work yet, so we will see how that goes. Right now I would recommend this company

Called and Chris was here in 2 hours. He found that new parts were needed.and phoned his office. The parts were delivered in an hour, by Tom (the manager). Prompt service and professional attitudes. Nice to do business with them!

Some bolts fell out of my garage door opener. Victor came out the same day, 3 hours early actually. The problem was fixed in no time. I was glad that I didn't attempt to do it myself. I highly recommend Victor to fix any problem you are experiencing.

I had Tom from precision garage door out today! He was extremely personable, well spoken, and easy to understand. When I asked a few questions. He answered very honestly and directly, which I appreciate. At the end of the day, we worked very diligently and still spent quite some time here to make sure everything was perfect approximately 2+ hours to completely reset the door on the Friday night when people should be home with their children. I am extremely pleased and would recommend Tom and precision garage door to others.

I appreciate your company, I called in January and got excellent customer service. The staff diagnosed the problem and I was not pressured to immediately get the repairs done. When, I called to replace the garage door opener, I got next day service. All your employees were nice and professional, they explained things thoroughly. The price was good. He also was very customer friendly and efficient. Victor quickly explained our repair options and cost. He completed the job in less than an hour. Our garage door decided not to open on a Saturday afternoon. I called Precision and they offered to come out the following day or Tuesday afternoon. It wasn't an emergency so I opted for Tuesday. Chris was our technician who was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and was great with explaining exactly what our problem was and was able to give us a quick fix to get it to work for us. We ended up ordering a new garage door along w/ other parts that wouldn't last much longer, but we probably wouldn't have done that without Chris' assistance & guidance. Hopefully he comes out to replace it in a few weeks. Thank you for being amazing!!
