Initial contact with person in office, Angela was extremely positive, unlike other companies that I had called for estimates and availability. Made the difference in my commitment. Had a question on rough cost and she got back to me immediately with estimate. Appointment was made to accommodate my schedule within a tighter window that I needed. Service person called 1/2 hour in advance as requested too. Service was done and I was charged less than the estimate given, in line with my expectations. Very positive experience.

We were in the market to replace our original garage doors. Precision Garage Door was my 1st choice after seeing my neighbor's garage door replacement. Jonathan represented Precision Garage Door in a very professional manner, made it very easy to understand the product line, all the items needing replacement and provided us a quote which we felt was very reasonable. There was no need to look any further for our garage door replacements. Precision Garage Door won our business. Mike & Kim.

PRECISION DOORS - option 1. Don't waste you time with any other company. Routine maintenance Technician Frank, was prompt, courteous, no mess. In addition , he explained what was done + reset my garage door opener much quicker than I ever have! In addition, he walked me through steps I would take to re-engage garage door should electricity go out in my neighborhood. Overall great experience; including acceptance of $25 coupon , every little bit helps!

recommended service. called just prior to leaving, arrived at earliest time of the schedule window. told me what was recommended, and while i wasn't really planning on a new motor, when the plastic covering the lightbulb is yellowing, it's probably a good time to consider a change. will have back to complete project with-in a month or so.

Thoroughly satisfied with the work done by the technician and with the recommendations he made for future repairs to our garage door motor. Also that he explained everything he did in "layman's" terms so that I could understand (since I am not mechanically inclined). Thank you.

The tech Frank was polite and very thorough in his explanations. Best part was he had the needed parts on his truck to repair our old wooden garage door. Will definitely have Precision Garage Doors doing our new garage door in the future.

Overall we were very satisfied with our service. Our door was not closing normally even though the sensor lights were correct, and the door was noisy when it was in motion. Frank provided several service options without any pressure. He completed the job and the door works well and quietly. Everyone involved kept us informed about the timing of the appointment. Our only complaint was some grease marks on the garage floor.

From beginning to end, I received excellent service. I was able to schedule online and received a confirmation of the appointment and kept informed at all times. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He also called prior to arriving with an ETA. He put me at ease that he could fix the problem I had with the existing garage door opener and add the new one during the same visit. I was very happy that the second one could be added since it was an addition to the work order. To say that I was extremely satisfied would be an understatement.

I recently had a great experience with one of your technicians, Frank Cochrane. Honestly, he was an absolute star! My garage door decided to have a bit of a moment, and Frank came by to check it out. From the get-go, he was incredibly friendly and professional. It was amazing how he took one look and instantly knew exactly what the problem was.  What really stood out was how well he communicated. He didn't just tell me what was wrong; he patiently explained everything in a way that made perfect sense. Then, he walked me through a couple of options, making sure I understood the pros and cons of each, which I really appreciated. It made making a decision so much easier. Once we decided on the best course of action, he got straight to work. When he finished up the repair, he went above and beyond. He not only got our keypad box reprogrammed perfectly but also made sure all our vehicles were smoothly synced back up with the system. It was such a thoughtful touch and made everything super convenient. Big thumbs up to Frank!  Best regards, NT
