I tried for 3 hours to program my garage door . Victor did it in 2 minutes. Will definitely call again if I ever have a problem. Called an he was here within an hour . That was very helpful . I am usually a do it yourself women . But sometimes a little help is good . Thank you

We chose Precision Garge Door when our main spring broke because of their reviews. We called on a Saturday and our aapointment was scheduled for Monday morning. Victor was the associate who replaced the springs and he was very courteous and helpful! Also, we appreciated the text message with a picture and name of the person who was coming. Definitely recommend this company.

Punctual, competent, fairly priced services. Victor was the tech who identified the problem within a few minutes and was invested in fixing it and ensuring the other parts ran well too. In addition to the task at hand, he lubricated the garage door coils, checked the keypad, ensured the remotes worked well and provided useful tips on preventing issues. Would strongly recommend this team.

Resending: On Sunday I called for emergency service. A spring broke on our garage door, and obviously it could not be opened. Both our cars were in the garage, so we were stuck. I spoke with Kate, and she was very polite, professional, and arranged for a technician for emergency service. Chris was an excellent technician and did a very good job checking out the door and replacing the springs. I am a chemical engineer and handy with work around the house. I know good work when I see it. The charge was very reasonable and competitive. I would highly recommend Precision Door.

My garage door stopped working on Saturday, April 20th. I called and was told someone would be out on Monday morning. The technician, Victor, called me when he was on his way. He was courteous and explained what needed to be done. He was done in no time and even helped me program my new car's garage door opener! Precision Garage Service is available 24/7 365 days a year. And when I called (at 7:30 in the evening) a human answered ! How nice is that ??!! They were available to effect my repair immediately. The technician (Andre) arrived on time. He was professional, knowledgable, and took the time and effort to thoroughly assess the condition of not only my opener motor but the entire door system. Victor was very helpful. Our keypad wasn't working. Our garage door wouldn't go up or down when we keyed in our code After troubleshooting a few things, he replaced our keypad to open our garage door. Our door is now working fine. Great service. very friendly. Definitely recommend.
