This is a great family owned business, that takes pride in there work. I had them install garage doors at my home in Bethlehem along with my home in the Pocono’s. I couldn’t be happier with the installation and the quality of the materials they used. I would recommend them to anybody looking for good pricing and quality work!

Your website stood out well explaining in full detail what you do. This is important because garage door repairs are not something that is thought about much of the time. I did not know where to turn. The service man, Tom, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to explain in full detail what the problem was and how he would fix it. It may be the best "home repair service" I have ever had. Found them when I went online and it was a good decision on my part. They worked with my schedule and came when it was convenient for me and the service tech was excellent. Tom was very friendly and listened to what I needed and made a few suggestions and explained the process thoroughly. I took his advice and have no regrets. Hopefully I will not need another repair for a long time but when I do, they are the one I will call. A+ all the way.

Everything about my experience with Precision was excellent from beginning to end. My initial phone call was very pleasant and it was easy to schedule next-day service for my broken garage door. Will arrived right on time at the beginning of my quoted slot and was an awesome tech. He quickly located the main source of the issue and provided me with different options/estimates given the age and condition of my garage door. He completely understood my budget and completed the repair needed to get me up and running again quickly and without upselling. My technician, Gabriel, was a little late because of traffic. I was not happy, but when he arrived he was such a pleasant person and so competent as a mechanic I was very happy. He was so good he was able to diagnose my problem immediately. He changed my rollers, my springs and the cables. The door now works like new. Great five star service. I would recommend Gabriel to everyone.

monday after easter my garage door went on the fritz.so i called my garage door co .they said someone will call you in the morning. so morning came and i called them and they said thurs they can come.that didnt work.i called precision door service,in1hour and 45 min a 2 very nice workers showed up looked at problem and advised me of cost.the job was done very clean finish up and answered all my questions.i now have a new door co.also beth was great with follow up and call back great service jack l.

I got in my car to go to work and the garage door wouldn't open more than 6 inches. I had no idea what was going on so I went where every other homeowner goes...Youtube! When I realized this wasn't a simple fix I found Precision Door and was impressed by the service. They took all of my information, gave me a quick appointment, Tom called to let me know his eta, and arrived as promised. He gave full explanations about the issue, didn't over sell me on anything, told me about the website coupons, and completed the job within an hour. Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Would definitely reccomend this company for upgrades or emergency services. Thank you Tom & Precision!!
