The service tech called to note he was on this way and arrived at the scheduled time. He introduced him self and did an evaluation of the problem. I was offered 3 types of solutions to the issue and each was a good value for the money. After my selection I signed my approval and the service tech got right to work. He explained what he was doing and why as he proceeded with the work. He was friendly and professional. The work was done neatly and correctly. He reviewed what he did and noted some routine maintenance things I could do over the coming years. In fact the whole experience from the on line sign up for the service call to the end of the job was positive in every way. I used this company years ago and the same level of great service still exists. I would highly recommend this company and their service techs to any one needing these services.

Gregory, the technician called and arrived on time. Our conversation covered all our concerns. The entire system, which switched the 2 doors from Extension to Torsion and 2 new garage openers needed to be replaced (after 43 years). The only original items remaining were the doors and rollers, which we had previously replaced, and the tracks which the doors roll up on. We had researched alternative installations, and discussed our research in detail. Gregory was able to answer all our questions, and tailor our install to our needs. He did not oversell the items, made suggestions and we choose our options. The new install is sooooooo quiet and smooth in operation. After Gregory completed the installation, he cleaned-up and removed all the debris. We waited a month to post this review, and are totally satisfied with the professionalism of the entire experience, from initial contact to completion. Bravo!!

I chose Precision because of the numerous reviews of this company. I knew one of their previous customers, so I called him. He too gave a good review of the company. After calling the company we set up a date for the installer to come to my house. We discussed my wants/needs with regards to an opener. On 6-4-20, Greg the installer came to my house, as scheduled (11AM). With no hassling on price, the discount I received was much greater than the price originally quoted to me over the phone. Greg was very knowledgeable with the installation, having all equipment on his truck, & answering all my questions. For two openers it took about 3 hours to complete. Greg did an excellent job explaining the WiFi set-up & capabilities of the system, as well as all other questions. Since this is only the second day I have the new garage door openers, I can't comment too much on their operation (they are working fine). But if the 2 units continue to work as well as they were advertised, I will be very happy for many years to come. Thank you Greg for all your hard work & thank you Precision.
