From my original phone call to Precision I had a good feeling. The rep on the phone was friendly and courteous and had a good phone manner. I use to be in customer service and that is the first thing I look for when hiring a service. Greg showed up on time and was able to determine the problems right away. It took about an hour and the door was operating better than it was when I originally bought the house. I will be replacing the door in the future and Precision already has my business. I recommend Precision Garage Door service to everyone that needs garage door repair or replacement.

Courteous, prompt and efficient! I definitely recommend this company. Just having a real person answer the phone was a treat! And when Greg, my serviceman, confirmed that he was on his way, a photo of him was included in the text message. It's the little things that count and this company is well aware of that fact. Greg explained everything he was doing, and promptly made my day by getting all back in order!

Precision Doors had an appointment at my neighbor's house and I lost my garage door remote so I was hoping they could squeeze me in while they were here in the area they waived the service charge because they were right next door and they were very accommodating and I was up and running in under 20 minutes. Great job will use them again.

We were more than pleased with the service we received from Precision Door. It was our pleasure to have the service/repair of our garage door completed by a Greg. He was very informative & knowledgeable with the repair. We would definitely recommend Precision Door. Unfortunately for us our garage door is 35+ years old & will need to be replaced but thanks to Greg we will be able to use our garage door through the winter, as we had hoped. We will be replacing the door in the spring & Precision Door will be who we call.

Hi Keith- I was very satisfied from start of call this past Saturday 11/07/20 through the repair process today! Greg was my tech and he was very professional, upfront about what might be needed, and above all did not try to sell me anything. The service technician was excellent. Greg was very knowledgeable on what we needed and condition of the Lift Master door openers we had. We now have openers and put an order in for another garage door in my restoration shop in the back of our property. The garage was insulated but needed an insulated door. Greg made suggestions as to which door to install and made it easy to make a decision. Great Job! Would recommend to other people I know in the old car hobby.

Precision came out within 5 hours of us contacting them. Professional, efficient and knowledgable. They fixed the garage door that had just broken as well as the one that had been broken for several years that we just wrote off as something we were going to have to replace. Both doors were fixed without us having to spend the money to replace, they open quite than they did before and more efficiently.

Greg was very proficient and respectful, informative and friendly. He was not able to replace the bottom strip on my door. Because of the type of door we have. But, when we can afford a new door I will definitely call Precision ??????
