Victor did an outstanding job. He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me advice and options. He did an inspection and found a number of issues on a 35+ year door system. After replacing springs that had snapped as well of new rollers it was like a new door. He showed me what I should do for proper maintenance. The noise of the door was less than half of what it was previously. Everything works extremely smooth. I couldn't be happier. Thanks for a job well done.

The contractor knew exactly what the problem was so he fixed it temporarily until I contact them to place a new owner when I am not working. Victor came and inspected the door and explained the various options to upgrade the door's motor. He was very professional. He showed me how to operate the cord and to insure the clip is positioned at the right angle to operate the opening and closing correctly. No parts were needed.
