I found you through a recommendation by Sean Hannity on Fox news. Service was professional and the truck was well equipped to complete the job in the same day visit. Victor was knowledgeable and efficient. He was also very helpful with instruction for my new door opener. He programmed the key pad and remotes as well. Overall very satisfied with the service. Only downside is that I was unable to use any coupons.

5 stars. Technician called first, was on time, and upbeat. Checked and lubricated all 3 garage doors. Put one back on its track. New garage door opener on one. He was in and out in an hour. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. I'm very satisfied.

Victor was awesome. He arrived at my house within an hour of me calling. On a Sunday of all days. He examined my door, went over everything that it would need, and assured me he could fix it. In a little more than an hour the door was fixed, and he even replaced a bent bracket that wasn't a part of the original estimate. Saved me from needing a new door. Great job.

Our garage door cable/pulley snapped slamming the garage door down and locking our car (and my motorcycle!) inside. Immediately called Precision (after two other no answers) and got someone on the line on a Saturday! That afternoon, hours earlier than scheduled!!!, Victor came (after a call up in Honesdale); he surveyed the damage to our wood garage door and said this is what we need to do. He gave me a quote ($$ but reasonable under the circumstances) and after we confirmed the work, he set about doing everything in a bit over 2 hours. All DONE...the system works better now than it has in 10 years...Great job Victor and Precision!!! We will definitely use you folks again .... if we need to.

Once again Precision has been such a positive experience. Victor was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and helpful. He diagnosed our door problem, gave us the options, and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each option. We chose to replace the elderly opener, and Victor went efficiently in action to not only install it but correct safety problems the old opener had. Would we recommend Precision and Victor? Absolutely!!!

I could have done the repair myself. The service tech didn’t know how to fix my problem. He called in to get help. If I was able to talk to someone like the service tech did, I would have saved $129.

Yes. Frankly, we agree. We do offer free phone support for all WiFi related issues. Support for WiFi is also available from the manufacture. Unfortunately, when we send a service technician out to your house, there are real costs related. Technician pay, vehicle fuel and maintenance, etc. We greatly appreciate your feedback.

Victor did an awesome job. He was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate to call these guys again. Also they have a 24/7 phone line which is great. Called at 10:30pm Sunday they had my opener installed Monday afternoon. That’s pretty slick.

GABE our technician provided excellent service and insight on how and why the old spring parts failed, and then gave us a step by step of what he was going to replace and why. Found your business through a Google search. Liked your customer reviews. Greg arrived at noon and immediately went to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our 15 year old Craftsman garage door opener. He was able to fix the opener and replace the lift cables.
