Extremely pleased with the service from A (an inquiry call which was answered by a live, friendly person) to Z (the repair itself). The tech, Greg, informed me that he could show up earlier than the appointment time (= a good communication), and fully explained what needed to be done with recommendations. Glad to learn that a owner's wife is from the same country as we are! (Greg also mentioned that he has been there and has a fond memory) . Glad to ask the repair to this company!

I chose Precision because of the numerous reviews of this company. I knew one of their previous customers, so I called him. He too gave a good review of the company. After calling the company we set up a date for the installer to come to my house. We discussed my wants/needs with regards to an opener. On 6-4-20, Greg the installer came to my house, as scheduled (11AM). With no hassling on price, the discount I received was much greater than the price originally quoted to me over the phone. Greg was very knowledgeable with the installation, having all equipment on his truck, & answering all my questions. For two openers it took about 3 hours to complete. Greg did an excellent job explaining the WiFi set-up & capabilities of the system, as well as all other questions. Since this is only the second day I have the new garage door openers, I can't comment too much on their operation (they are working fine). But if the 2 units continue to work as well as they were advertised, I will be very happy for many years to come. Thank you Greg for all your hard work & thank you Precision.
