I Googled "garage door opener repair", and Precision's website link came up (along with others). I made multiple inquiries to companies listed, checked consumer reviews, and decided on Precision. They were able to come to my home the same day - which I found impressive ( a company that actually does what they advertise). The technician was Victor. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My opener was not able to be repaired (too old), and he installed a new one at a fair price. He did a great job.

Victor just replaced the garage door pull up cables. He then checked and fine tuned door alignment and balance. He was very focused on doing a quality repair. Victor is a valuable company asset.

Gabe was phenomenal. He arrived at the scheduled time assessed the issue of the garage door and gave me a couple options. Once I decided which one I would like him to do he said it would take approximately an hour and a half. Gabe was done in just a little over an hour and everything is working perfectly. He was super nice and explained everything that he did to solve the problem.

I was very impressed by the knowledge, advice, and experience of Gabriel who came (on time) to repair the broken/wore springs on my garage door. I was given multiple repair options and advice on the care and maintenance of garage doors. Excellent! If you have an issue with your garage door...call Precision. I even got a Military discount...very nice. Thanks!!

Gabriel provided outstanding service. My garage door opener died with a bang (literally - loud bang with lots of white smoke) and Gabriel walked me through all of my options. After careful consideration, and having already done my homework on what to expect, I know that his recommendation was sound and reasonable. The work was done on the same day that I reported the problem and he was done in two hours. Entirely professional. The last thing I wanted before the explosion was a new garage door opener, but now the job is completed - and works quietly and smoothly, I wish I had done it earlier. Gabriel also showed me how to maintain the actual door so that I can delay replacing it (original to a 1953 home) for as long as possible. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Thanks, Gabriel and Precision Door Service.

We are so happy that we chose Precision Door Service for our new garage. Tom was very helpful and professional on the phone with us and Victor, our installer, did a phenomenal job. He cleaned up after himself and it was like no one had done any work and the openers just “magically” appeared! Victor was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the operation of the doors. All of the staff members we dealt with were very kind and professional. Thank you so much!

Service very timely. Technician polite and professional. Went through options for door repair or replacement. Went for repair option due to price (50% of new) and waiting time for new door. Only issue I have would be with price, but you get what you pay for.

Terrible price point and just called ABE Doors and it is less than half of what this company quoted. Shameful amount for little work. It cost $54.00 for nothing.
