Victor came and inspected the door and explained the various options to upgrade the door's motor. He was very professional. He showed me how to operate the cord and to insure the clip is positioned at the right angle to operate the opening and closing correctly. No parts were needed.

I was very pleased by the conversation with the person who answered my phone call and gave a good explanation about the product . I was very impressed with the young man, Gregory who inspected the system and replaced the garage door opener. He was very pleasant and polite. He also gave me instructions re: the opener and pointed out different parts of the system.

Our garage door spring broke sometime in the evening or early morning. I called Precision the next day and they had a technician come and fix it the same day. Gabe Pojar had me fixed up in no time. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for repairs.

The tech Gabriel was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the garage door issues. He did a total rebuild of my door. Springs,rollers,cables,etc. It was more than I thought I would spend but all the parts were quality parts and much better than the original parts. I am very pleased, my door doesn't do the shimmy anymore and is very quiet.

Never needed work on our garage door since we built in 2001! Winter of 2021 had an issue with raising/lowering and found Precision online. I liked the same day service and reviews were very positive. Greg was our tech and I can't praise him enough for his patience, explaining every detail and doing an excellent and thorough job. We were extremely pleased!

I have dealt with Precision twice now and each time was a pleasure. Had a garage door opener that worked well, until it didn’t. Seemed to be an intermittent issue that I was able to deal with for 6 months, until I finally decided to just purchase a new opener. Greg was my technician both times. He’s very personable and knowledgeable about his business and products. I felt confident in my choice and he even helped me set up the app to operate my garage door with my cell phone! I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Also, both times I received same day service. Which if you are stuck with garage door problems, you’d likely want them taken care of asap. ????
