From Beth the representative who made my appointment to Greg my service tech it was a comforting experience. I was notified by Greg that he was on his way and he arrived when he said he would. He was very friendly and professional. He was also very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. I am very happy with the work performed and will refer them to anyone who is looking for repair or replacement.

Victor was punctual when he said he would be here he wise. He examined everything gave us three different options for repair and didn’t try to sell us into anything extra. He did the repair quickly and answered all of our questions and made all the adjustments we want it.

From my original phone call to Precision I had a good feeling. The rep on the phone was friendly and courteous and had a good phone manner. I use to be in customer service and that is the first thing I look for when hiring a service. Greg showed up on time and was able to determine the problems right away. It took about an hour and the door was operating better than it was when I originally bought the house. I will be replacing the door in the future and Precision already has my business. I recommend Precision Garage Door service to everyone that needs garage door repair or replacement.

Precision Doors had an appointment at my neighbor's house and I lost my garage door remote so I was hoping they could squeeze me in while they were here in the area they waived the service charge because they were right next door and they were very accommodating and I was up and running in under 20 minutes. Great job will use them again.

We were more than pleased with the service we received from Precision Door. It was our pleasure to have the service/repair of our garage door completed by a Greg. He was very informative & knowledgeable with the repair. We would definitely recommend Precision Door. Unfortunately for us our garage door is 35+ years old & will need to be replaced but thanks to Greg we will be able to use our garage door through the winter, as we had hoped. We will be replacing the door in the spring & Precision Door will be who we call.

Just bought a new house, and needed a garage door opener. I called late on Monday afternoon and had it installed by Tuesday at 11am. I have dealt with Precision twice now and each time was a pleasure. Had a garage door opener that worked well, until it didn’t. Seemed to be an intermittent issue that I was able to deal with for 6 months, until I finally decided to just purchase a new opener. Greg was my technician both times. He’s very personable and knowledgeable about his business and products. I felt confident in my choice and he even helped me set up the app to operate my garage door with my cell phone! I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Also, both times I received same day service. Which if you are stuck with garage door problems, you’d likely want them taken care of asap. ????
