When, I called to replace the garage door opener, I got next day service. All your employees were nice and professional, they explained things thoroughly. The price was good. Yes I got your call and if you want service it will be 2 to 21/2 weeks. Saw ad for Precision and called. Beth was very helpful. She said we could have someone in 2 days. We said yes but she texted me later and said someone could come today. The service man Victor was very good.

Timely, professional, efficient service call, but the markup for 2 torsion springs was near 300% ($295 each compared to $200 per pair online- including warranty. Lesson learned- purchase materials in advance, and then contract with local business for help with installation. $780 to replace 2 springs was a shock!

Horrible experience. Technician wasn’t experienced at all. Technician didnt have right parts. Technician asked me if I have that part available. Even spoke to manager about the issue and asked if he could come or send different technician to fix the he problem. Manager was very unprofessional.do not recommend anyone to take their service. This first time and it will be my last time to work with them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
