This is a great company. From the minute they came to my house in an emergency to diagnose the problem they have been very helpful and efficient. They gave me a fair quote for a brand new insulated garage door and their technicians were very professional. I live in an HOA and Tom for helped me chose a door that matched perfectly with my old one. Thank you so much!!

I appreciate your company, I called in January and got excellent customer service. The staff diagnosed the problem and I was not pressured to immediately get the repairs done. When, I called to replace the garage door opener, I got next day service. All your employees were nice and professional, they explained things thoroughly. The price was good. I am happy, I went with your company and if I ever have any further needs, I will not hesitate to call in the future.

Your advertisement indicated that a person would answer the phone. My call was promptly answered (Beth). She was very customer friendly and efficient. I called at 8:00 and Victor arrived at 11:00. He also was very customer friendly and efficient. Victor quickly explained our repair options and cost. He completed the job in less than an hour. I would highly recommend your company to my friends and associates!

Precision Door Service is absolutely amazing and completely professional. I located the service with Google and decided to call because my garage door would not open. Beth, the Administrative Staff, went above and beyond to secure a same day appointment. Victor Niyoncuti, the service technician arrived on time and did an analysis, created a quote, and completed all the work swiftly, and accurately. VICTOR WAS AMAZING!! Thank You Precision Door Service for coming to the rescue and providing such great service. I recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of service because you will not be disappointed.

Terrible technician. Didn’t fix the problem. Didn’t attempt to resolve what was wrong with this newly installed garage door. Tried to sell me a $750 garage door opener even though the one I have works fine. Don’t use this company.

I actually called another company and left a message, they didnt return our call. We called again the next day and the woman that answered actually sounded annoyed with us. Yes I got your call and if you want service it will be 2 to 21/2 weeks. Saw ad for Precision and called. Beth was very helpful. She said we could have someone in 2 days. We said yes but she texted me later and said someone could come today. The service man Victor was very good.
