I appreciate your company, I called in January and got excellent customer service. The staff diagnosed the problem and I was not pressured to immediately get the repairs done. When, I called to replace the garage door opener, I got next day service. All your employees were nice and professional, they explained things thoroughly. The price was good. Terrible technician. Didn’t fix the problem. Didn’t attempt to resolve what was wrong with this newly installed garage door. Tried to sell me a $750 garage door opener even though the one I have works fine. Don’t use this company.

I actually called another company and left a message, they didnt return our call. We called again the next day and the woman that answered actually sounded annoyed with us. Yes I got your call and if you want service it will be 2 to 21/2 weeks. Saw ad for Precision and called. Beth was very helpful. She said we could have someone in 2 days. We said yes but she texted me later and said someone could come today. The service man Victor was very good.

These guys are great! I had a garage door issue, they came over and fixed it the next day! Victor did a nice job putting in the new system. The old one was over 20 years old and finally broke. I recommend Precision

Timely, professional, efficient service call, but the markup for 2 torsion springs was near 300% ($295 each compared to $200 per pair online- including warranty. Lesson learned- purchase materials in advance, and then contract with local business for help with installation. $780 to replace 2 springs was a shock!

Horrible experience. Technician wasn’t experienced at all. Technician didnt have right parts. Technician asked me if I have that part available. Even spoke to manager about the issue and asked if he could come or send different technician to fix the he problem. Manager was very unprofessional.do not recommend anyone to take their service. This first time and it will be my last time to work with them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
