Victor was great, he had everything in his truck I needed to not only fix the door that needed repair but also shore-up the second door as well. I thought the two smaller brackets were a little pricey but I was impressed he got the work done quickly and the whole experience was super convenient. A couple hours later I had two working doors. The recurring problem is now fixed.

My garage door came off the track and was stuck in the open position. With the cold weather and possible snow in the future forecast, I needed assistance right away. Called 2 other companies and they couldn’t send a tech out. I then called Precision Door and a service tech, Gabe, arrived a couple hours later. He was very personable and took the time to answer any and all questions. I’m sure I will be extremely satisfied when I get my new garage doors installed. I will recommend Precision Door to my neighbors and friends.

Great job. Original request was to replace gasket at the bottom of my garage doors. Came equipped with 3 types for me to select. In the process also discussed some opener problems which led to my purchase of 2 new openers. No sales pressure just facts. Install gave some problems which required a second day but this was not an inconvenience for me. Even helped with Homelink connection. Professional, courteous and informative.

Made the initial call to Precision Door on a Sunday (!) morning about 7:30; by 12:30p my garage door was up and running smoothly. This after the door was jammed (10p/Sat) and stuck in the halfway position. Damage was such that door could not be secured manually and temps were below zero. Tech Chris arrived and installed Hi cycle end bearing plates. The house was empty but he kept me posted (by phone) of progress. Tom was also most helpful. A very stress free experience. Admire their professionalism. One positive take away: speaking to a real person when the first call was made. I recommend Precision Door for all your garage door needs.

I called one day prior and had a delightful conversation with receptionist who assured me there would take care of us immediately. Wow!! Gabriel was at my home within stated time calling beforehand which was exceptional. He came and assessed my problem within seconds and replaced a spring with new. Took no time at all and now garage is like new again. Did I tell you my wife and I are leaving for Florida within the next two days leaving my daughter, who is a professional nurse using garage with snowblower inside ready for a storm. What a relief! We can leave with the comfort garage will go up and down. Thank you Thank you!! Will call you in spring for more replacements.

Great quick service. I call in AM 10AM or so and Victor was here to repair at 1:30 pm. I googled prior to this garage door repair and right away Precision showed up so I thought I give it a try. The nice girl answered the phone and was so pleasant to talk with. Victor did outstanding service!!!! I will hopefully not too soon need their service again. Love the 4 year warranty.

Precision door sent name & photo of technician through e-mail who was to preform estimate & repair door. Mr. Gabrial called before arriving, and was actually a little earlier than scheduled. he was very polite & professional. estimate was reasonable & had him do repair. Also needed new door witch will be installed at a later date, do to covid related delivery problems. but very satisfied with Precision door response time, and work performed by Gabrial.

Hope was very helpful and had someone over to my house quite quickly. Vincent was very helpful, unfortunately the door couldn’t be repaired so I had to order a new panel. I will give another review when that’s completed. So far I’ve been pleased!
