Garage Doors were making quite a noise while operated. We have had these doors for over 35 years. Chris Shray, the technician came and repaired and did an overhaul of our garage doors and they are in very good operating condition again. Chris Shray was very proffessional and courteous. Did a search on line. Precision Garage Door Service web site was well done and it was backed-up by being able to communicate with a person.

He arrived on time and his demeanor was such that he was able to make an immediate connection. He described in detail what he was going to inspect and began the service call shortly after getting to the house.
