Called on Wednesday about getting springs on door replaced. I was told that they could be out on Friday to do the job. Every other company I called said they would have to send out a tech to give an estimate and schedule the work for later. That was not going to work for me. After inspecting the problem he went over a couple options to repair or replace. I chose to replace the unit with a higher quality and quieter model. Mark showed me how to program the key pad and went over the remote control device. It was a very hot day and I really appreciated the work that Mark put into fixing our problem. I think we will be pleased with the quieter model.
