Mark was great! I called on a Friday, and you were there already on Tuesday. My bottom seal had come off when I opened the garage door. Mark is extremely pleasant and knows his job. He replaced the seal and checked to make sure it was ok. Precision Doors had put all of my openers in a few years ago.Mark is courteous and pleasant and even called while on his way. What great customer service!!! Glad that I used Precision Doors.

Garage Doors were making quite a noise while operated. We have had these doors for over 35 years. Chris Shray, the technician came and repaired and did an overhaul of our garage doors and they are in very good operating condition again. Chris Shray was very proffessional and courteous.
