Service very timely. Technician polite and professional. Went through options for door repair or replacement. Went for repair option due to price (50% of new) and waiting time for new door. Only issue I have would be with price, but you get what you pay for.

My garage door broke on a Sunday night and I was presently surprised when a live person answered the telephone and made an appointment for me the following morning The service man was on time courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable about what to do to repair my door I thought the price for repairs was in the normal range And the service man run about his business making repairs quickly and keeping everything clean I was very pleased with the company and I certainly would recommend them and use them again

They installed a new motor and programmed our vehicles with automatic sensor capability to operate the door. Thank you very much. Great job well done. Technician, Gabe Pojar, was here less than an hour after I called. He assessed the issue and offered me several repair options. No pressure. Once we decided on a plan, he immediately got to work and finished in record time. He did a lot of work! Terrible price point and just called ABE Doors and it is less than half of what this company quoted. Shameful amount for little work. It cost $54.00 for nothing.

Victor was great, he had everything in his truck I needed to not only fix the door that needed repair but also shore-up the second door as well. I thought the two smaller brackets were a little pricey but I was impressed he got the work done quickly and the whole experience was super convenient. A couple hours later I had two working doors. The recurring problem is now fixed.

My garage door came off the track and was stuck in the open position. With the cold weather and possible snow in the future forecast, I needed assistance right away. Called 2 other companies and they couldn’t send a tech out. I then called Precision Door and a service tech, Gabe, arrived a couple hours later. He was very personable and took the time to answer any and all questions. I’m sure I will be extremely satisfied when I get my new garage doors installed. Great job. Original request was to replace gasket at the bottom of my garage doors. Came equipped with 3 types for me to select. In the process also discussed some opener problems which led to my purchase of 2 new openers. No sales pressure just facts. Install gave some problems which required a second day but this was not an inconvenience for me. Even helped with Homelink connection. Professional, courteous and informative.
