I had Tom from precision garage door out today! He was extremely personable, well spoken, and easy to understand. When I asked a few questions. He answered very honestly and directly, which I appreciate. At the end of the day, we worked very diligently and still spent quite some time here to make sure everything was perfect approximately 2+ hours to completely reset the door on the Friday night when people should be home with their children. I am extremely pleased and would recommend Tom and precision garage door to others.

I appreciate your company, I called in January and got excellent customer service. The staff diagnosed the problem and I was not pressured to immediately get the repairs done. When, I called to replace the garage door opener, I got next day service. All your employees were nice and professional, they explained things thoroughly. The price was good. He also was very customer friendly and efficient. Victor quickly explained our repair options and cost. He completed the job in less than an hour. Terrible technician. Didn’t fix the problem. Didn’t attempt to resolve what was wrong with this newly installed garage door. Tried to sell me a $750 garage door opener even though the one I have works fine. Don’t use this company.

I actually called another company and left a message, they didnt return our call. We called again the next day and the woman that answered actually sounded annoyed with us. Yes I got your call and if you want service it will be 2 to 21/2 weeks. Saw ad for Precision and called. Beth was very helpful. She said we could have someone in 2 days. We said yes but she texted me later and said someone could come today. The service man Victor was very good.

Mike was the person who repaired a garage door problem for me. He only did what was needed but replaced other pulleys when I asked him to.
