I used them for replacing old defective Craftsman door opener in my garage with new Genie 2128 door opener with 7’ belt drive and 2 remotes. Their response was fast, they came within a day, did neat work, friendly, and installed and demonstrated operations within 1 1/2 hours working. But total price was exorbitant. Above described Genie set is shown in eBay for $290.25, whereas they charged total $995.00! Which means, for 1 1/2 hours of work, their installation charges were about $700.00!

So glad we could get your openers working like new. We'll never be the cheapest. but keep in mind, skilled tecnicians don't grow on trees. They work for companies that train them properly and reward them for good work. That in turn means a higher cost than what you'll find online or at Home Depot. Lastly, and most importantly, is the Warranty. We 100% warranty all of our work. If you have any trouble with it, you'll reap the benefits. I was in the need for 2 new garage door openers, I thought. After viewing the website, I called them on a Sunday evening and got a knowledgeable person to discuss my garage opener options. They sent Andre and Buddy the following morning. As I suspected, Andre needed a few minutes to take a look and understand what was causing the problems and gave me three options to fix. In the end I was very pleased with the rebuild work and the new garage door openers. Their work was very professional, and you can tell they take pride in their craftmanship. Had a broken spring that needed to be repaired so I had both replaced. Also had the Genie 2128 installed. The technician was pleasant and provided a quote before I agreed to the work. The work was done well, but from a pricing perspective I feel like it is way over-priced. Generous pricing for the parts would be $500 if purchased retail. The bill was $1300 for a job that was completed in 2.5 hours, putting the labor rate over $300/hour.
