I appreciate your company, I called in January and got excellent customer service. The staff diagnosed the problem and I was not pressured to immediately get the repairs done. When, I called to replace the garage door opener, I got next day service. All your employees were nice and professional, they explained things thoroughly. The price was good. I am happy, I went with your company and if I ever have any further needs, I will not hesitate to call in the future.

Your advertisement indicated that a person would answer the phone. My call was promptly answered (Beth). She was very customer friendly and efficient. I called at 8:00 and Victor arrived at 11:00. He also was very customer friendly and efficient. Victor quickly explained our repair options and cost. He completed the job in less than an hour. Terrible technician. Didn’t fix the problem. Didn’t attempt to resolve what was wrong with this newly installed garage door. Tried to sell me a $750 garage door opener even though the one I have works fine. Don’t use this company.

I actually called another company and left a message, they didnt return our call. We called again the next day and the woman that answered actually sounded annoyed with us. Yes I got your call and if you want service it will be 2 to 21/2 weeks. Saw ad for Precision and called. Beth was very helpful. She said we could have someone in 2 days. We said yes but she texted me later and said someone could come today. The service man Victor was very good.

Mike was the person who repaired a garage door problem for me. He only did what was needed but replaced other pulleys when I asked him to. Timely, professional, efficient service call, but the markup for 2 torsion springs was near 300% ($295 each compared to $200 per pair online- including warranty. Lesson learned- purchase materials in advance, and then contract with local business for help with installation. $780 to replace 2 springs was a shock!

Horrible experience. Technician wasn’t experienced at all. Technician didnt have right parts. Technician asked me if I have that part available. Even spoke to manager about the issue and asked if he could come or send different technician to fix the he problem. Manager was very unprofessional.do not recommend anyone to take their service. This first time and it will be my last time to work with them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Chris just left and did a great job. Very knowledgeable and personable. Explained my options before purchasing. Installed new opener, key pad, and door rebuild. Explained all new devices before leaving. Would definitely recommend them.
